So I haven't had the time to play for the last few weeks other than a few games here and there, and because of that I hadn't actually come across an Even Paladin deck. I just assumed it was the same Aggro Paladin stuff that we've all been seeing, but it turns out it's more of a Midrange deck.

This isn't news to anyone but me, but I'm super excited to play it now. I love playing the highest value card in my hand every turn.

12. Beat a game made by a developer you've never tried

Monogolf

Fun puzzle/golf game for mobile where you have to sink the ball in one shot to complete the level, and beat as many holes as you can with a certain amount of lives. You get points every time you beat a level which can be used for upgrades and extra starting lives, so every time you play you get a little farther. I'm going to count this as beaten because I finished all 100 levels and got a trophy for doing so. The game lets you continue playing but it's just the same 100 levels over again except it makes you take your shot quicker.

I think the issue is less about a turn timer and more about animation speeds and the time it takes to play cards, which I agree is an issue.

Again, though, it'd be tough to do anything that doesn't also create an opportunity for abuse.

It doesn't matter if the time limit on a turn is 75 seconds, 20 seconds, or 9,001 seconds. Allowing you to keep going as long as you're doing things is a good idea.

Like I can't imagine the scenario you are describing.

In what situation can your opponent somehow take infinite actions yet haven't already won the game?

It doesn't matter if you theoretically can no longer win the game.

What kind of game company markets a game with "Hey, if you know you're going to lose, just concede the game, because your opponent might just play cards forever otherwise!"

I used to play Yu-Gi-Oh and because Magic was more popular, my locals left it up to us to enforce any rulings and that meant we had no time limits on rounds. Some matches would go on for over an hour while the rest of us waited and it just baffled me.

I've played my deck a thousand times, and I've played against my opponent's deck a thousand times because of the current meta. I know all the plays, my opponent knows all the plays. Why are they sitting there for 10 minutes every turn shuffling their hand only to make the most common play?

I think 75 seconds is more than enough time to figure out a play. I know how my deck works and have already thought of my play to an extent on my opponents turn. I'm not a professional Hearthstone player, I don't need to sit there for 65 seconds contemplating life before playing a card. If I'm playing a combo-oriented deck, I know going in that my turn may take awhile so I adjust my playing speed accordingly.
