Let's be honest; the entire series has, maybe, two good movies. Nightmare on Elm Street is the better series, and Halloween I + II are superior movies.

I just finished my Nightmare and Friday rewatches tonight. I totally agree that Nightmare is the better series - Freddy is just so much more interesting, and there is actually continuity between sequels unlike in Friday that changes the story ever 5 fucking minutes.

Gonna watch the remakes next, then the documentaries about the series.

After this I am moving onto Halloween then maybe the Texas Chainsaw movies.

It is seriously one of the best open world games ever.

You could actually attack missions any way you wanted.

And your actions (say taking out snipers nests in an area) actually had an effect on missions cause then if you did a mission in that area you didn't have to worry about snipers.

I fucking love that game.

But if he didn't die, then nothing happened in part 1, he went swimming and nothing happened. So why would that turn him into some crazy 8 year old hermit growing up by himself in the woods. Why wouldn't he just stop swimming and just go back to his mom. And he was just a normal kid, why would he be all deformed as they show at the end of 2? Like none of this makes any fucking sense.
