Grass Cutting Simulator is on Game Pass right now too, and free on Epic Games Store this week.
Seems like it would have similar vibes to Power Wash.

I can't believe we've been tricked into playing those German work simulators people used to make fun of.

I never played any "______ Simulator" before this one, so I can't comment on others, but I was shocked how well this game works mechanically. Like the actual act of power washing feels real when it comes to nozzles and distance affecting what is washed.

The soccer article compares the women during a WC tournament to the men in a non tournament year and acknowledges that it varies like crazy for them and is usually much lower.

The WNBA article says one of the teams averages just over 2000 people.

BBs point is that women arent supporting these teams the way men support the mens teams and that they should do more to support a feminist product. Neither of the articles suggest otherwise.

Every scene is 30 seconds too long because they force in a bunch of quip filled banter, and none of it is funny.

Man it feels so good having a great run.

Like playing a character that is lower level than everyone else, leveling up as you go, then beating a boss first time, then upgrading some more with all the gold you got on the run.

Apparently the administrator that I don't like applied for jobs at other schools over the summer, so who knows how long he'll even be around.

They internally posted the opening this morning, so now my phone is blowing up with people asking me if I'm taking it or not.

I've gone back and forth both ways on this in the last few hours.
I hate making important decisions.
There are pros and cons for both jobs, and to be honest, there probably isn't a wrong choice either way, which probably makes it hard to decide.

To me, I get along equally well with 4th graders and 7th graders so that aspect doesn't bother me at all.

And a principal is not just any boss. It really is important to have good rapport. But the schedule thing is important.

What do/would you teach?

Right now I teach 4/5 Social Studies/Science.
The job offer is for 6/7 Social Studies.

So the first year would be rough cause I would have to come up with all new lesson plans.

If nobody likes that principal, are you sure you want to move?

The main reason I want the other job is because of the schedule. I am a coach for middle school and high school and right now working at the elementary I get out after them so it messes up practice time.
Hypothetically I probably wouldn't have to interact with the principal that much, but you never know.

It's not really personal beef.
It's between working for a principal I know and get along with vs one who people apparently don't like working for that much.

I am a teacher and work in the elementary building. There was an opening in the spring for a job in the middle school. Basically everybody assumed if I applied I would get it, like no interview needed. Well the principal ended up giving it to a friend of theirs even though I was better qualified and had better recommendations from people at both buildings. Basically wasted my time. So I was pretty pissed off. It seems like nobody likes that principal so I wasn't going to apply for another job until they were gone.
Well they just called and said teachers moved around so that job is now open again and it's mine if I want it.
There are pros and cons for taking it so now I don't know what to do.

If we could post videos here I would post some very low quality footage.

I was about halfway through it. I was playing it last year, but got distracted and didn't pick it back up yet. I'm going to finish it now that it's leaving Game Pass, but I'm in the middle of my first run of the Mass Effect series. On ME3 right now. And my Game Pass runs out in a few days. I'm going to re-up, but like last time, I won't be using any of my own money. Unfortunately I won't have access to the $1 trick, but I'll still get 2-3 years for $15, and that $15 will always be paid with by Rewards, so I'm coming out of nothing yet again. But I digress...

If I don't finish it, hopefully it will come back one day. I was enjoying myself with it, if I recall.

Pretty basic roguelike.

Started playing in the other day cause it is leaving Game Pass. Just beat the 2nd dungeon. I am enjoying it so far. Playing as Linda who has ranged attacks. Will probably play to completion.
