Didn't read all posts, but don't have a dog. Problem solved. What makes you think you can own living beings, anyway? :)

You've built her up to something in your mind she probably isnt. It might be hard to do but move on and think of it as a bittersweet, young love memory.

Uh...what game consoles do you have?

Suikoden I and II (PS1; PSN)
Suikoden V (PS2)
Xenoblade Chronicles (Wii; New 3DS; I think Wii U VC)
Radiant Historia (DS) or Radiant Historia Perfect Chronology (3DS)
Baten Kaitos and Baten Kaitos Origins (Gamecube)
Legend of Dragoon (PS1; PSN)
NieR Automata (PS4)
Exit Fate (free fan-made game available for DL online, runs on PC)
Final Fantasy Tactics (PS1; maybe PSN?)
Suikoden Tactics (PS2)

Not going earlier than PS1 gen, but of course there's plenty of great JRPGs on the SNES and some on NES and Genesis, too.

Maybe I'm just an irrational fanboy, but I thought Suikoden III was the best of the series and IV was a solid offering.

I mean, I was trying to give a broad sampling of my favorite RPGs across multiple franchises.
I agree III is great and IV is still a decent game. I did want to recommend all the main Suikoden games, but figured the suggestion would be brushed off if I didn't pick a few specific titles out.

I want more than any other game, a Suikoden that takes place chronologically after III. I really liked how the plot felt like it was moving towards some sort of final conflict, probably centered around Harmonia, and would like to see a firm conclusion to the various plots.
It was also intriguing seeing the antagonists' perspective in the post-game and seeing Leeknat as being more.... "morally grey" than is usually presented.

I always thought, based on that it'd be really interesting as well to have (spoilers only b/c it's impossible to talk about w/o mentioning the spoiler above) a Suikoden II spinoff where Jowy is the main character and he's also being guided by Leknaat to collect his own 108 stars of destiny, because she's manipulating both him and Riou into renewing the fated conflict between their two runes for her own reasons.

That's actually a very good idea for a Suikoden game. Kind of blew my mind there. I think Suikoden fans need to get together and work on the games we want to see come to life. A fan project I think is worthwhile would be remasters, with trophies. Then obviously, games that continue the plot and explore other areas and true runes would be great.

I save the child. Mental, psychological, and/or sexual trauma to a child will not fare well with their growth and will give them a lot of developmental problems. It will likely go unreported and the pedophile will go free and likely continue their kink.

While horrible, the woman should be able to either defend herself, report it to the authorities, and/or get the proper help she will need to cope with this traumatic experience.

Corrrect Answer.

Save the woman. Pedophile isnt necessarily someone who will hurt the kid.

The Impossible Burger is awesome, regardless of its vegan status. As a current meat-eater(not proud of it), I prefer the Impossible Burger(capitalization required) at every place that offers it, due to flavor alone. It's the future, friends.

Didn't realize how many GameFaqs users were vegan, or at least aspiring vegans. I consider myself in the same boat. Recently went a good 2 weeks or so, my best ever, before I fell back into old habits. No good excuse, really, just laziness. Will try again soon, but in the mean time am happy with the progress I've made, reducing my meat consumption in many areas, such as pizza with vegetables exclusively and vegetarian sushi.

Museums are chill. Would recommend the Art variety. The other kinds don't present many unique features to Chicago. Definitely take LSD at some point. Best views around. Bean is good. Navy Pier is plain old fun, nothing wild, though. As far as Portillo's goes, it doesn't matter which one you hit. They're pretty uniform from one location to the next. Hot dogs and Italian beefs are the stand-outs there, maybe a chocolate cake shake. Pizza is a must, but there are so many kinds. As far as downtown pizza goes, Gino's East is really good. All in all, there's no wrong way to experience a new destination. Check out whatever looks cool and enjoy.

Excellent reference. In reference to this NFL business, I think this is a satisfactory approach to the issue at hand. As one who always sat for the Pledge of Allegiance in school, allowing a reprieve from participation in the National Anthem is perfectly conciliatory for people who don't want to participate. The NFL is a business of sorts, after all. Engaging in mass patriotic-compliance while giving those who don't want to participate a way out is good enough, in my book. Honestly, does the NFL as an organization owe it to any of its employees to support protest alongside their festivities? I don't think so. GG, NFL. GG.

If Tarantino films don't make sense to you, stick to easier movies(yuck, yuck, yuck). But seriously, "Jackie Brown" is fantastic, IMO. They all good, but that one is the most indulgent insofar as music is concerned. Personally, I don't enjoy much film unless it's coordinated with music, so that one is pretty much tops for me.

Oh man, the scene where Max meets Jackie and "Natural High" by Bloodstone plays... That's the stuff.
