The rules are simple: The best of N64 vs the best of PS1. Each battle will have one victor, the winner survives and fights again until they are eliminated. Should be a good match up. Vote for whichever game you like best.

New Rule: If a combatant wins 5 rounds, it will take a 5 round rest.

Misfit Opinion: I liked the battle mode more than the racing mode in dkr. It had some horrific rubber band ai even worse was if you weren't in first from the get go, it was nearly impossible to get there

Should have kept what games defeated what. But I am super surprised by so many heavy 64 contenders being defeated with no real PlayStation games. Yugioh forbidden memories was pretty damn low on it being a good game. Now that I'm looking at the list, should have put bomber man party instead. But I see bomber man 64 was defeated already.

I'm not. I mean, I love CTR. It was awesome. I had that game and played a lot. And loved Crash. But I do think Diddy Kong Racing was better. I remember it being more fun, tbh. I think it was more known, as well. CTR was known to a lot. But Diddy Kong racing was probably more popular. And also Nintendo. And was a little better when it came to multiplayer. Nintendo as definitely more multiplayer friendly...

I give props to sissy kong racing because it was more unique. You had three different vehicles, the battle systems were pretty fun and unique. I loved the bird one. Not to mention all of the hidden levels and secrets, hell it was a hot debate with my friends of whether diddy kong was better then mario kart.

you're viewing the list wrong.

Yugioh was the first game eliminated and the only PS1 game to lose so far, so it probably belonged where it was. The list builds downwards. All the N64 games were felled by Suikoden II, Dragon Quest VII, and now CTR.

Well, it should be.
PS1 is one of the greatest libraries of all time; N64 was Nintendo's first bad console and the start of its decline.

(I own NES, SNES, Gamecube, Wii, and Wii U plus several Nintendo handhelds, so don't bitch to me about "bias")

N64's claim to fame is a few very good first party games. They will get stronger once we get to titles like Mario 64 and Ocarina of Time. Looking at overall libraries though the N64 was nothing special.
