The keep is fantastic if you want to either make a not shit world, or keep characters where they should be according to what you did (dead, alive, having done certain things etc) A surprising amount gets referenced and changes, even if not literally everything. I looked around and I found a site called dragons keep that let's you make a save state that acts like a questionnaire that transfers to dragon age inquisition.
