I have a shield bash? Probably a Guardian while I was pursuing the horse, was expecting more leniency from the game when it is trying to teach me stuff... The laser did give me a game over, making me realize continue is not actually continue in the Zelda sense... (Lost some items)

Did manage to get a horse after that though, currently it is at 83.

Theres a way to shield bash. I dont remember how since its been a while since I last played it...

You can always exchange stamina for hearts and vice versa.

I do have the DLC, but I am not really that much of a glutton for punishment. It is more something I would try as a second playthrough, sometime down the line. I am also abysmal at stealth and really do not enjoy it for prolonged amounts of time in a real-time game, so a mode that depends even heavier on it is not for me.

As an anecdote, I was stuck on Forsaken Fortress for a full year on my first playthrough of Windwaker all those years ago. Zelda combat is fun, Zelda stealth not so much, but fortunately always limited.

Thats okay. You can also ignore stealth and just run for your bloody life from everything too.

Unfortunately you have to start over and cant simply upgrade your current save to the harder difficulty.

Master Mode was disappointing to me. The plateau at the beginning was tough. The rest of the game wasn't much different from the regular mode. I expected more.

I had to get through 2 Devine Beasts before I felt really comfortable with just roaming off the beaten path and I still dont fight most groups of enemies larger than 2. And when I do I tend to just try to fling them off onto a lower level or into a lake or lava or whatever instead of actually killing them. And dont even get me started on Guardians, as I still cant time the parry well and its no longer a one hit kill!!!

II is usually regarded as the worst by almost everyone. III was the first to use the job system, and it was good.

II is actually not bad in terms of story. The only real issue was the leveling system and how you got the most benefit out of attacking your own party instead of the enemies. If played normally the game is good, but if broken intentionally the game is... well... broken.

indeed, I have not played any of the final fantasy games. which is really weird since a bunch of years ago, I bought the game and guide of final fantasy 3 for the ds, both of which remain unused.

can't really explain it, but it's one of those things I just never really got into. but if anyone wants the game and guide, let me know, just taking up shelf space till I find a way to be rid of them

I think it might be because the chip data mightve whats compromised. The reason I say its nice is becuase its much quicker going places. Like when buying stuff.

Look at the chip and see if you see extra lines carved into it from the readers. Some of the machines are horrible and scratch up the chip pretty badly, so it couldve gotten damaged that way. In either case you might consider going into your nearest bank branch and asking them for a new card that has a working chip because its far more secure and you really dont want to have to deal with missing funds just because the chip broke.

If it says your address but the person doesnt live there youre supposed to return to sender and write not here by the addressee name.

Ive only had to return to sender twice so far. Once by DHL and once by USPS. The DHL guy was incompetent or lazy, or both, and didnt pick it up twice so I left it by the dumpster after that. I let them know it was there if they wanted to try a third time but Im pretty sure they didnt take me up on that offer. USPS took theirs like a champ, no problem.

Unless they think he was the cause for the suicide I dont exactly see the reason for banning him from the funeral. Coaches are known to push their students and arent always the nice guy in the room but it sounds like it was just a teacher trying to pay his respects to his dead student.

As a kid I liked the concept of Seasons better because it basically gave you 4 worlds to play through versus the 2 Ages effectively had but since each area reset whenever you zoned out if it it really didnt change much. Ive also always been a sucker for time travel so Im not really sure why I didnt like Ages more but I definitely preferred the endgame dungeon of the Ages to Seasons transfer over the Seasons to Ages transfer.

Well I play no-death runs on Souls games for fun so I don't imagine anything BotW has to throw at me will be overly challenging combat-wise. But I was never expecting it to do so. (And even when it is 'challenging', it's because the enemies are simply made to be more powerful than you in traditional RPG style, not because they have very difficult strategies to read and learn. Big difference)
I'm more just bored at the lack of variety or incentive to explore. Because the game never felt like it had any more tricks up its sleeve or any secrets waiting just around the corner.

Ill take that as you dont even want to give it a try. In hard mode yes most enemies have their health and damage raised up to 11 but it also places endgame standard enemies right outside your front door right off the bat with the toughest standard enemy in the game just chilling in the plateau right near one of your first objectives. It turns the gameplay from a beat em up to a survival game and completely makes you rethink encountering every enemy you come across. Finally there are floating platforms held up by octoroks with enemies on them everywhere both acting as lookout for that band of mooks youre trying to sneak by and also as air support firing arrows from overhead.

At the bare minimum it makes the game interesting to play over again, and should be able to cure you of your boredom problem, at least a bit.

Very. Though the last 3 or so episodes have been a bit slow to move the general plot. Though episode 3 was utterly jaw dropping and probably had more plot than all of Volume 5.

Resource Officers are real cops. Remember the Resource Officer who was fired for not running into a school alone and attempting to stop a school shooter? Theyre cops in every sense of the word, and are expected to put their lives on the line if need be to make sure the school is safe.

Not if his job is to protect the school. And besides, Officers dont solve crimes, Detectives do. Officers just take the report and make an arrest if the suspect is around.

Theyre open until 2am where I live and I tried using the app for the first time last night around midnight so I could get half off my drinks and it said they were closed... . I complained about it to the staff and was told that the app system closes at 11pm, because I guess thats when they stop roller skating orders to cars, even though you can still get drivethrough later and they dont complain if you park in a stall to eat it.

Reminds me of me. I had to sleep on a couch for most of my life until my couch was taken away and then I had to sleep in a chair instead. I had a mattress in my room up against the wall but it was being stored there in case someone needed to use it in the future. I couldnt even lay it on the floor because there were just faaaaar too many boxes and furniture, and other assorted items, everywhere. I also only ate a plate of rice once a day for pretty much every meal and only weighed 90 pounds for forever, with people complaining that I was just too skinny but naively blaming it on my metabolism instead of wondering if I was even eating . After my mother died I started eating whenever I was hungry and gee willy, whodve guessed Id gain 40 pounds in a couple of weeks...?

After playing Zelda for a while I put my Switch away and didnt bring it back out except for a few hours when Pokmon released and now Im playing Smash Ultimate on it. Ill see how long that holds me but do suspect whenever Im done with it the Switchll go back on hiatus again. Not enough yet to warrant everyday play with other things available to me.

I found a GameCube and Xbox (original) with controllers in a FREE marked box on the street and they actually both work but I never use them. I did play Crystal Chronicals and Tales of Symphonia, which I both bought along with Four Swords all before finding the GameCube, for a little while but I eventually moved onto the DS and PS3 versions of those games, respectively. The only Xbox games I have are the Burger King games and those are absolutely never getting played.

My Vita is remarkably the only system I have that has never really been put away for me. I might leave it in my car for a few days at a time but eventually I pull it back out to replay older games like everything Final Fantasy and Persona.
