The remaster has a better sphere grid that isnt linear for most of the game. Right from the start, you can make characters any class you want. Much better.

I went to Kyoto for one day. Ate at some restaurant there that was not busy at all. Didn't have any issues at that specific place. Was the only place I also found in my whole stay in Japan that I found Ginkgo nuts on the menu, to which I ordered and tried. Pretty good.

But I know Kyoto in general has been getting less open with foreigners lately.... and somewhat understandably with the Johnny Somali and old Logan Paul shit. Me, I was absolutely respectful in every inch of the word that I could be when I was there. I was around Ninenzaka and even saw some Geishas there. It was months later that they said Geishas were going to be closed away from foreigners or something because of misconduct on them and it's like ".....you people can afford to fly way the Hell out here, and you are going to handsy with people here? For fuck sakes"

.... I'd love to go to Kyoto again some day. I loved my day there. I even have a really awesome picture of couples just sprawled out along a river sitting together that I thought was cute. The atmosphere was lovely, the buildings were nice, I loved it a lot. But the more I hear about how it is closing off more and more, it saddens me.

Foreigners are often very rude and disrespectful here. They look at this place like a playground, or weeb heaven, and dont realize there are people who are worried that these loud, rude, reckless people might ruin their peace.

Am I the only one who is completely uninterested in the plot with Homelander's son? Like it was okay at first as basically an excuse for the supes and the Boys to clash, but that entire plotline does nothing for me.

Honestly every plotline besides Homelander seems almost sitcom-level to me. Main characters all have plot armor, it seems, we get that they are all messed up, we get that dude has dad issues, we get that. None of that is as interesting as the guy with unlimited power losing his mind.

I don't disagree that it wasn't that great of a plotline, but Pam was not at all at fault in it.

I dont think Pam was a villain or anything, i just think the plot was stupid, and i dont believe Jim would have ever done that without telling Pam. The ONLY time we see Jim surprising Pam is when he buys her a house, and that was because it was a surprise gift. Jim never did anything selfish like that towards her in any other episode. He actually turned over a few promotions and other things just for her.

What does that have to do with what happened with the boom mic dude? A lot of the characters do shitty things at moments. What makes it annoying was that Pam and Jim were at their best when they were bouncing off of each other. The bickering, while it can be realistic, can make slog of a season even worse. Especially when they are for all intents and purposes, the leads. Having a "cheating" subplot was just dumb.

Probably not. Like, season 8 is just awful and while season 9 ends decently, I'd hardly say that it was good.

Im saying the boommike plot and Jims new job were really dumb stories. For all the reasons you listed, as well as it being absolutely out of character for both of them. They were almost always flexible people who would quit their dreams and try new things just to be together.

Only thing i can think of is that Pam would be upset because she gave up her art school (also debatable, because she also said she ran out kf money), went to sales, which she wasnt great at, and. Well, she chose all of it.

Maybe she was worried that Jim would uproot them? But she was always fine as long as they were together. Jim was not going to leave Pam either, and he never showed any sign of doing so.

The whole thing was contrived and felt like a teens fanfic. The plot could have been suitable for Andy and Erin, but not too of the most established characters on the show

You forget that there is a whole group of people that think Pam is evil for leaving her abusive, manipulative, and violent boyfriend Roy.

Season 8 and 9 are hardly similar to the earlier seasons and i dont think the real Jim and Pam would act how they did in that story arc.

Once i got older and more mature, i was able to understand them, but also decide things for myself.

I would have hated Pikmin 4 back in 2005. A bit easy, doesnt follow the original roots of the series, introduces a ton of new characters, and the sense of isolation is gone.

Now I see it as an evolution of the series, a different take on the formula, streamlined and relaxing, and i can play the originals if i want to easily.

I went to a concert for my favorite artist. This was actually my first concert. I was excited. I got the ticket from a lottery ( in japan, you can buy tickets from certain vendors, and if you get accepted, you pay for it at their store).

I got the ticket. I went. Back seats. Played mostly newer stuff from the last year when they got super popular from an anime intro. Goods were cheap etsy-like stuff.

I still love the old stuff, but i kind of lost interest and felt let down.
