A better version of Add/Remove would have been to move entrants around the bracket to a better location. That obviously wouldn't have worked with 2009, but I think this could have been brought back later and used more effectively instead of being written off entirely as a failed twist.

Most consumer goods are lower quality. Things like appliances, furniture, clothing all used to last much longer than they do now. People would get at least 10 years out of a TV for example. Sure some of this stuff was more expensive when you adjust for inflation, but I don't think it balances out.

Great movie.

Honestly, up until the last 20 minutes, I was kind of feeling "The Riddler's done nothing wrong."* And then I was like, "Oh Dear, never mind."

I also liked how at the end Gordon, I believe, knows there's an active shooter situation about to unfold, and after strongly telling the mayor-elect not to go out, he's just like "Well, I tried."

*OK, he did try to kill Bruce Wayne for spurious reasons, but no harm, no foul.

If Russia wants Eastern European nations in its sphere of influence, maybe it shouldn't have treated them as essentially colonies during the Cold War.

Until Russia sees this shift towards the West as a natural result of its previous actions instead of some kind of Western conspiracy they are never going to have the results that they want.

Roddy Piper has the best single movie of all of them, so I'll vote for him.

Cool. Flee actually was able to pull it off. First movie to get nominated in Best Animated, Best Documentary, and Best International Film categories.

Streaming wasn't rated as much/just wasn't as widespread when "Let it Go" came out. Being popular on TikTok does a lot for a song's position on the Billboard chart these days.
