First I'll link this, watch for a game I've played, maybe check on something in that nature. I want to start on something that might interest the board, in case I can get people that want to follow my topic. I'd prefer a game I've beaten for the moment, note that I'm mostly a Nintendo person though I do have some deviations elsewhere. Zelda is massive with me, as normal so a game there could spawn a little more enthusiasm, if the board would want to read that.

Shoot out ideas, and either I'll make a topic with a full vote, or we can try to create one in here, for now it's kind of a nomination topic with partially some influence out of me. Reminder again, I'll be ranking every song from an OST. If there's one game that might interest you to see me rank the OSTs and either you don't want to scan my backloggery or know it's not really there and you want to see if I have any experience, don't hesitate to ask. Sometimes I watch LPs so maybe I can watch one of the game you're trying to pitch and I'll do that game over time. Just... ask, and recommend from the topic what might work overall. Yami Yugi (Yu-Gi-Oh)

In the manga, and thus the original anime, he commits constant homocide using the cards as he's a sociopath. Not so much when the series we all know came out.

Adaptional Villain:
Ryuk (Live Action Death Note)

Obviously if you've seen the anime, you know Light getting the death note was coincidental and Ryuk just acted as a mediator, sat around and observed Light. In the Live Action he is basically a manipulative bastard, having specifically targetted Light to get the Death Note and like talks him into killing people with it.

I would have a favorite character that fits the trope, but even then he's still kind of minor, instead... I think one option really works.

Pikachu (Pokemon)

Wasn't a big Pokemon through R/G then R/B, but the anime gave us Pikachu who became popular enough to sell Yellow, and become a poster child for the series.

Animal Crossing is kind of the Slice of Life of video games. It's fun for people that want just have home care instincts and love doing some of that in game form. Not everyone needs action games.

Sonic (post SA2) is honestly for the same reasons one can like SA or SA2, opening up the cast and getting interested in them (Heroes), liking what's newly added to the series (Unleashed, Colors, Black Knight, Rush, Riders), nostalgia based (Generations, Mania), or appealing to Original Character designers (Forces). The Advance games could also go into nostalgia types, since they were doing 2D games again, but also pulled something new in #3. There's a few good games past SA2, but a lot of games still requires you to want to like them instead.

Gamepress doesn't usually have that kind of screw-up. That's why it threw me off. If it's a +4 boon it usually shows it, such as it has every +4 boon/-4 bane that Winter Lissa has. Maybe it really was just an error as no one ever cared to train a +Atk Jagen to 5* 40.

I've been staring at Jagen's page for a little while trying to figure out how mine has 31 Atk and his boon is 30. And I've come to only one logical conclusion. They must have given him a minor buff.

Either that or for some reason having Fortify Cavalry gives +1 Atk to the carrier

One thing I massively disliked in regards to HTTYD2 was the Alpha and spoilers about it. I talked to JONA about it. Basically you have two literally identical storylines being told in Hiccup and Toothless, people and creatures need a leader, they turn to a big, massive leader that can win all fights, they don't want a scrawny little thing, turns out scrawny little thing is meant to rule by the end of the day. I feel the Alpha side of things is unnecessary and I'd prefer it if they simply just created more types of dragons and had them fight, with three methods of how to train them as the factions.

I disagree, I think both have equally clunky controls that are unenjoyable, though like... my pain with BK was swimming when I tried to play it without a controller because I really wanted to play it again but didn't have a system for it... while SM64 I have on VC for Wii, so played with a normal controller.

Despite ranking pretty high, kfp3 was still the biggest letdown on the whole list.

I knew what to expect with KFP3, since the ending showed it was about Po's family, I knew it'd be about Po. And at least I didn't really like Shen in the first place. Yes, he's one of the better villains of Dreamworks, but he doesn't speak to me as like everything I want to see in a villain.

What was most disappointing to me... was Penguins of Madagascar. I see great starting characters in the 4 penguins and raise the fact that the rest of the Madagascar cast is missing... what I get? A shitty side cast. I really disliked the jokes out of every other character and most interactions with the side characters. Literally ruined my favorite penguin with his storyline (but also really improved Private).
