Rask is retiring. :-/ Really wish he could have gotten a cup. I mean I know he got one as a backup in 2011 but he didn't play a single minute in those entire playoffs. I think my fiancee is getting a little baby fever because of my niece lol. We've talked about kids before and we both agree we want to enjoy marriage for a bit without kids, and you know maybe every once in a while the topic will come up and we'll talk about potential baby names, etc. But lately the topic has a way of coming up like every damn day now.

I'm the only product of my mom and dad. Got 5 half siblings though all younger. 2 sisters and 1 brother on dad's side, 2 brothers on mom's side.

I'm a Saints fan. Not even a Bengals fan. Yet I can't get it out of my mind about Burrow and Chase in the Super Bowl already as an LSU alum and lifelong fan. And not gonna lie, seeing how their franchise was until now reminds me of being a Saints fan until Brees and Sean Payton came along and it just feels the same way.

I know the Rams have those names on the DL and have Stafford and OBJ and Kupp. But I will never better against Joe Burrow especially in a big game. Bengals gonna win

I have hearing loss so I've grown up watching subtitles a lot, and it bothers me that the subtitles that Netflix uses for anime dubs is just the same translation subtitles for the japanese dubs so a lot of times they don't match up at all.

Yup. It's always a fun time. Which is why I go. I don't even really think of it as gambling, even though it technically is.

Winning is nice, but nobody get's upset if they lose.

Yeah, plus it's nice to know the winner of the night is either you or one of your buds. No one's happy when the casino takes you or your friends money. I consider it "Wagering" when it's between you and your friends. It's only "Gambling" if you play at a casino or sports bet with the sports betting companies.

Most of the guys are in relationships, have kids, jobs etc. So it's more so an excuse to get out and have a night with the guys than it is any sort of serious gambling.

I prefer these because at the end of the night either you or one of your friends is going home with some money, but not back breaking winnings or losses for any party. It's just a good time to get together and play some cards and shoot the shit. I don't really like the casino vibe if I'm being honest

Never understood the insanely expensive ring thing, that's why I date a girl that isn't so materialistic about those kinda things. The one I got my fiancee was $700, when I hinted that the day was coming soon she sent me like 8 different rings to choose from that she liked. You obviously want to get her something nice that she wants to wear, but when you start getting into 2 months salary territory, wouldn't you rather just take 2 months off of work altogether and spend more time with each other?
