Govt services includes things like renewing IDs, Marriage Certs, tax filing, mail, etc.

Why are you looking for alternatives if you're for social media's ban? If you think it should be banned then any alternatives should also obviously be banned if you're sincere about that. You genuinely seem like a very angry person.

The reason I can use social media just fine is because I'm not a developing youth and I don't put my own vision of self-worth in the hands of others, especially "influencers" or Hollywood actors. HOWEVER there are a LOT of people, younger and older who do, and they shouldn't. That's where a lot of the mental health issues spawn from, and to be honest it's just an extension of problems that have been going on for decades, long before social media was a thing.

There have been huge outcries against teen magazines for printing articles about how young people should act/dress/etc. There's been outcries against places using airbrushed photos of models "perpetuating an unrealistic body image" etc etc.

This isn't a NEW problem, it's just a new coat of paint.

Now here's the kicker right? I've always been against social media. I feel overall it makes people dumber and less socially aware. I use it yes, but it's a tool for me and nothing more.

The funniest part here is that you compared me, a trans woman, to a conservative. Made me just shake my head sadly. You're VERY close to fulfilling Godwin's Law. Though considering how conservatives in the US have been going you may as well have.

The ban is for social media owned by foreign adversaries. As much as Musk is a tool he's a US tool. Same with Twitch. If both of those end up banned as well for "some reason" There's alternatives to both.

I don't have twitch as like my primary income or anything, it's barely any income at all. I do it for fun. If there somehow ends up being ABSOLUTELY ZERO streaming sites left somehow... well I have all the memories and friends I made along the way.

You trying to turn this into a "BuT yOu'lL bE AfFectED ToO!' Doesn't phase me at all. I grew up before the internet was really even a thing, and my life doesnt revolve around it. I do make use of it for things like fun, news, and **** but if it all went away tomorrow... it'd be a pain to keep in contact with some friends, but it would be possible.

The biggest problem I have is that my work schedule is so demanding i don't have time to do any of the things i need to for it.

I've almost fully social transitioned (except for makeup, still learning that) but as far as the medical stuff, I've done the therapy bit but getting a good time to see my Dr is near impossible cause I'm only able to schedule things 2 days of the week.

- The running speed is slow.
- The sprinting speed is ok but you run out of sprint, like, permanently.
- I legit thought the spear was a joke weapon until I tried the great sword, and the long sword, and the everything else. The double swords were fine. The sword and shield would have been acceptable as the slowest weapon in any other game, and the rest were DEFINITELY jokes.
- Shit has trillions of HP and runs away when it starts getting low, and it's borderline impossible to catch them because while you can just outrun them, they'll escape while you're spending twenty minutes swinging your weapon once.
- And then they have the NERVE to put you on a time limit.

Some of the worst takes on MH i've seen, and full of so much hyperbole i'm not sure if you actually played the game.

Even if you DID... 3U is widely regarded as one of the worst in the series. Just for reference one of the first monsters you fight in thaat game, Great Jaggi, has 1,300 hp.

One of the few times I'll blatantly say no to one of these things. I have two dogs and I love them dearly, and they love me back.

Play things that can be done in short sessions but are basically eternal as far as builds and personal growth go.

I recommend Monster Hunter.

In terms of some cities yes absolutely. However there's absolutely enough space and resources, food and otherwise, for every person on the planet. It all just needs to be better distributed.

With current agricultural science and space it's estimated that up to 20 billion people could be fed adequately.

Used to ages ago, now I have effective and easily accessed outlets to channel it.

TBH after everything i went through in life I'm surprised I managed to keep myself out of trouble and heal like I have.

Not at all. Course it wasn't a grand thing either, just some friends and family in a public park

I don't really have a dark side anymore. Spent years overcoming past traumas and learning to live with and accept negative emotions. Now I do my best to just stay happy and spread kindness.

I've used H2O2 for years on small cuts and such. The thing is to not leave it on/in the wound. That's why i said to disinfect it then dry it before bandaging. You need to make sure you don't leave anything in there at all, no moisture and no dirt particles or anything. Makes for smoother and cleaner healing.

I have no marks, scars, etc on me from using it.

Edit: Plus the information about it potentially damaging skin is only approx 3 years old from what i could find in a quick google. I've been using it for quite a bit longer than that with, once again, no drawbacks.

Of course my own personal experience is not going to be all the information needed, and with more recent information stating to not use it, probably best to follow that and just stick to rubbing alcohol.

Do you not know the basics of first aid? Disinfect dry and cover. You can use rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to clean most small wounds and both are very cheap.

Very very early. Yes I enjoy Dark Souls, though it isnt my favorite in the series.

It falls apart when you try to bring up rationale or logic. In some of their minds there is no logic to their hate, aside from attracting the money of other hate-filled people. There's a reason there's a saying about reality having a liberal bias, and that's because the science tends to always back up the liberal viewpoints, which is largely because a lot of liberal viewpoints come from understanding the science.

A lot of conservative viewpoints are based on religion... that thing in the world that has caused more wars and suffering than anything else.

Personally, I'd rather base what I believe in on something that can be studied and analyzed than anything that's just supposed to be believed at face value, and many people still get completely wrong.
