That only works if you grant amnesty to the workers otherwise you end up with a Florida situation. It needs to be legal for undocumented migrants to work, but illegal to employ them.

Well that was kind of an over generalization on my part. Stuff like stegosaurus probably was a reptile but they're also not likely related to anything today as they went extinct for just sucking at Darwin. I'm not sure about things like triceratops or other four legged dinos.

Yep. There was some confusion as early dinosaur research painted them as reptiles. "Tyrannosaurus" itself literally means Tyrant Lizard. This itself was mostly assumptions based on how their egg laying habits were similar to reptiles as opposed to the bird nests we're familiar with.

But it turns out we were super wrong about all that and they're actually birds. The Cassowary is the closest thing to what a dinosaur would have actually looked like:
