But there's plenty of "first world" that has it worse than America. In Poland, abortion is straight banned, for example. Racism is much much worse in places like Italy.

Superman STILL solos. He's not as fast as the Flash but the fact that he was actually tracking him means he too can simply speed blitz them.

Ultimately I think this is basically what it boils down to. Thor couldn't even scratch Hela who was for all intents and purposes the same level as Steppenwolf. Captain Marvel is not really all that much either. The only one who can fight Superman is Dr. Strange. It's not clear who wins that fight.
