Not really. This happens quite routinely, both ways. Critics and audiences look at movies differently because they are approaching them for different reasons. It's actually much more rare that audiences and critics completely agree on something.

It is surprising for a comedy though. Typically critics are harsher on those and audiences are more forgiving. I honestly trust audience scores a lot more for comedies than I do critic scores.

for fucks sake....do some math. america cannot afford to under any circumstance, especially given it's 20+ trillion in debt, and it's own economic and social problems on top of that, to cloth feed and take care of the entire freaking planet.

the solution is simple.

There really is no defending her. Nothing wrong with wanting better female characters in games, but she goes about it in the absolute worst way possible. It's just very clear she understands very little about the games she criticizes.

A persons face can change a bit as they age. Ellie was I believe 14 in the first game and will be 19 in the sequel. It is very believable that her looks naturally change a bit. She looks more masculine in her appearance now, but was always at least a bit tomboyish.

Not just that, but she seems more angry and reserved. Like a much more pessimistic person. She clearly has some extremely deep emotional scars and it feels like it has gotten worse.

When I saw it in theaters I flat out didn't like it. I found the humor to be way too constant and it was off putting. I like it a lot better on repeat viewings. For some reason, I actually find it funny now. Not sure why, because hated the constant jokes the first time around.

I disagreed with him about pineapple on pizza, but I really loved the guy and his show. Loved watching him get drunk around the world. Listened to him on a few podcasts and he was great to listen to there too.

There are certainly some valid complaints in there. I've been working in a warehouse for 6 years now so I'm well aware it can get very hot and there's risk of injuries.

It's just annoying when their religion (Islam) is so inconvenient to everyone else around them. I'd be incredibly annoyed to be their coworker. You are expected to eat somewhat decent and stay hydrated. Kind of absurd to expect to be accommodated for your religion not allowing you to do so. They also have a temporary praying area with a permanent one under construction. That is very accommodating.

Not sure if they allow a burqa in the workplace. My workplace wouldn't, because it's considered way too loose and can get caught up in the equipment. I've seen a couple hijabs at work though.

Complaining about no A/C in a warehouse is absurd, but there should be plenty of fans and available water.

I don't doubt their complaints about injuries though. That stuff can be unsafe and management turns a blind eye to all sorts of stuff. Pat of it is employees need to speak up, but if that doesn't work then it's all on management. I have the benefit of being in a union and being on a safety committee at my work so I know I can outright refuse to work under unsafe conditions.

Yeah no doubt the prison deserves a lot of blame here. Honestly think prisons should be sued way more often. I certainly feel like they have a responsibility to ensure people aren't raped or murdered while incarcerated. I'm not sure why people seem so willing to accept prison should be this ungodly horrifying situation place.

Prison shouldn't by any means be a pleasant experience, but there isn't a good reason to make prisoners not feel safe from violence. Lock them up, but don't give them ample opportunities to assault each other.

Kind of. We have been seeing more female than male college graduates for a while. There has to be some reason for that. Elementary school teachers are overwhelmingly female.

I would have to know a lot more to make any sort of determination. I can only acknowledge that I see it as a viable argument. It just seems like a difficult thing to prove.

After like the 3rd of 4th watch through of season 4 I ended up liking it quite a bit.

I just watched season 5 for the first time. It seemed very meh. I'm hoping it will get better on repeat viewings like every other season really. It's jokes tend to not always be so obvious.

Idk though. This season has some weird plot lines that I don't really like. It certainly seems like the weakest season.

Will Arnett very noticeably gained weight and it mostly went to his face. He looks like he had an allergic reaction to a bee sting.

Most of the actors don't quite look the same. It's been 5 years since season 4 and season 3 was 7/or 8 years before that. It can be a bit jarring when they look noticeably aged between seasons.

Well it would have at least cost a lot less to use that version of the film. They reshot an awful lot of the film. They say about 70% of it. Though they also say that a very large portion of the footage Lord and Miller shot was completely unusable.

IDK, but it sounds like Kathleen Kennedy should have done a better job hiring a director who would make the movie she wanted to make. This isn't the first time there has been director issues with her SW movies.
