I am sad to tell everyone that John passed away unexpectedly yesterday. I wanted people here to know why his account suddenly went dark. This online community meant a lot to him and we want to know how important his online friends were to him. I have a tendency to morph even "for fun" playthroughs into work. I figure this comes from my desire to be productive all the time. The other MTM1 patients contribute nothing; they're either too young, too uneducated, or too dead to be productive. The reluctance to try new games might stem from the fact that I cannot cover a game that I know nothing about. If I don't try and study new stuff, I'll eventually run out of games to cover. --- I need a new signature. |

This reminded me that I'm afraid to try new things since I fear not having perfect information or being unable to play due to the disability. Both Sony and Nintendo have added customizable button configurations to their respective consoles, so the "disability" excuse is no longer valid. On the rare occasions that I try something new, I usually get bored of it after a week or so. Is there any way to get myself "brave" enough to try new games? --- I need a new signature. |

Whatsoever.This post is mostly correct. Humans have warped the original ideas behind Christ's teachings into the ultimate weapon. They pick a few lines from the Bible, yank them out of their original context, and use their own invented context to mold the lines into a set of rules that forever damns those different from them. I've seen both "correct" and "incorrect" usage of the Bible's words. My dad and a bunch of other church members helped many during the horrific aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. Dad was essentially the people/resource manager for the recovery. He and the others did this out of a Christ-based love for their neighbor. This is what Christianity should be about. --- I need a new signature. |
