You realize that Twitch has the highest DPS for ADs in the game already right? Dude gets better range or a way to be safe in lane and your looking at a real ban pick. They better take stuff away.

New champions; Fiora (Laning version of Master Yi pretty much.), Hecarim (Kinda a cross between Skarner and Malphite cept worse then both of them. Jungler obviously.), Lulu (Support Yordle pretty sure I remember you playing her.), Varus (AD Carry with extremely strong laning phase and a thin skill shot that chain snares enemy champions on hit. His team fighting is kinda meh tho.), Darius (Retarded Champion with super lame kit. AoE spin, Built in Exhaust, AoE Hook, True damage ult with a refresher on kill.), Draven (Another AD Carry. Has some cool ideas with him where he can catch his throwing axes which bounce off on hit for refreshing his attack speed/movement speed steroid, he's kinda meh but very fun/technical.)

General balance changes that you would care about.

Lux has been buffed once and is getting another buff in the following patch. She is still considered meh
Ahri has been nerfed like twice since you last played. She's still considered a top AP Carry behind only like Karthus and maybe Kog Maw.
Shen was nerfed once or twice but everyone still bans him.
Supports keep getting nerfed because Riot hates them.
Graves has been nerfed once or twice now.
Teemo, Olaf and Kayle got buffed pretty hard and you see them a lot more now. Teemo and Olaf are pretty lame right now.
Ryze was reworked again... His Ult gives him free movement speed now too.
Morello's Evil Tome, Deathfire Grasp, Will of the Ancients all changed. Merello's now builds out of Kage+Codex and has an active that is like Exe. Calling. Deathfire changed to Kage+Blasting wand. Gives more AP now, kept the CDR for some reason, Mana regen removed. Will of the Ancients is the same cept instead of Amp Tome it needs Blasting wand so it just costs more for the same thing.
Atma's Impaler got butchered.
Sunfire got a slight buff and isn't too bad now.
Summoner heal nerfed
New Item that builds out of Chalice. Unholy Grail. Has some pretty cool stuff on it. Mass Mana Regen for the most part+CDR+AP+MR.
Another new item. Maw. Builds out of Hexdrinker which was also changed for the better. Maw is like MR+AD+Life gets lower bonus AD+Spell shield to save you from burst.
Doran Blade and Ring nerfed.
Lifesteal items nerfed in general.
Graphic update.
Bunch of other balance changes.

They were both good in Slash. But yea. Chipp has awesome new Force Breaks, 6K FRC That allows him Millia Hair Car FRC like mix ups and TRUE invisibility. Where you can not see him at all if he gets off double find meh. Really lame stuff. He's pretty scary right now. Anji... All around buffed and Red Butterfly goes full screen now. Really half the cast getting nerfed is what will make them stronger.

Slayer deserves it IMO

I guess Jungle Soraka/Karthus/Cassie for me. I guess. I also really like Sejauni but she's super awful. (Her abilities outside R are just all weak. Like she feels like a bad Amumu/Shyvana hybrid who didn't take good parts of either.

Altho I tend to win with Jungle Soraka. It's not actually that weak unless the other jungler prevents you from getting farmed up. She clears really fast and her dueling potential is pretty good. Also Jungle Shaco is super free for her.

As for Pierre. He gets really OP. He's the strongest Blue innate endgame. Has a massive evade rate, crits a lot, 1.2 stamina, good stats thanks to getting a 20% boost with his full set putting him around the highest Str characters, Is blue innate (Best color).

The obvious weaknesses of Pierre are like he starts out super weak. (As you level him he catches up but is still below average.) end game Pierre with standard equips is even really strong. Hero Set is better tho. He's good. I think if you want the Strongest party possible. It's Pierre/Glenn. (Serge doesn't count. Since he's required.) Might be Pierre/Sprigg but I kinda doubt it.

But yea. Dude sucks early on. Guile hits like a trunk with his Level 3 tech.

I use a lot of people.

Serge/Nikki/Kid was my party last playthru. Nikki hits surprisingly hard for me. He has higher strength then Serge for some reason. He's still so meh tho. He makes the story a little better compared to Guile and Pierre tho. Altho both of them are way better in Battle then Nikki IMO.

Can't have EX Kyo and Normal Kyo on the same team. Also EX Kyo kinda sucks hardcore compared to normal Kyo. His only actual benefits that he has at all are self cancellable 5B, Way better Neomax, and his 5A hits crouchers.


Actual OP character is Normal Kyo. Then a bunch of good characters. Then bad characters like Ralf, Leona, Mature, Terry, Joe. Andy is really strong tho, his sweep is WTF good. Normal Takuma and Normal Kyo is who the Japanese have listed as top tier in Console. K/Raiden/Andy/Kula for Arcade rebalance and the crappy first version was like K/Mature/GTFO.

The Fire and Water are much better the the grass simply due to Fire and Water types being kinda hard to get. Fire has a couple of good ones kinda early. Water has like nothing for a long while tho. Oshawott is pretty good just for that reason.

Yea some items are just unfair lol.

Wriggles, Wit's End, Reverie, Abyssal Sceptor, Deathfire and Aegis of the Legion jump out to me as Cheap but really strong items.

I think Brut, Doran items and like Chalice on an AD champion are the only items I buy with intent on selling later these days. Maybe Philostone/HoG sometimes if I decide I don't need what they upgrade into.

Wit's is really good. It's giving you like 50 MR and bonus damage on every hit. It's one of the best items in the game still even after they just nerfed it for being too good. I would almost never sell Wit's End if I had built on on a Tanky DPS.

Udyr is supposed to be a tank late game anyway. Like what item would be replacing it with? Maw? Warmogs? Guardian Angel? Force of Nature?
