Gotcha. I didn't think it took much time to visit the spots...

it's probably not a lot overall but it's still a pain in the ass knowing there's a 2/3 chance that you won't be able to excavate and even if you do find the right place, it might not get you the strange rock

yeah but some require her skill to be level 2 or 3, and to get to level 2 you need 4 strange rocks.

some of these spots are a pain to find because of the silly way point system, and then you finally make it and you get told you're not at a high enough affinity level or WORSE they're b-b-b-BUGS!!!

i feel like I've gone through all the titans so far and only have two strange rocks

But man, Yuri from Vesperia would be incredible.

Viola and Talim are hard to imagine fitting into the story since Talim is like 11 or something in this game and I always assumed Viola was Amy in disguise (but i guess that was never really confirmed).

I've noticed a few Rare Blade quests I'm doing referencing Tantal opening its borders though that hasn't happened yet. I guess I probably shouldn't be doing all these sidequests in the middle of an important story quest...

...on a side note, I actually really like how much freedom you have in this to do things whenever you want. Quick Travel is never disabled during story quests, even if you're arrested or something, so you can go get stuff whenever you like. It's neat to have such power.

it pulls away from the immersion in the world a little bit but gameplay-wise it's a nice thing to have
