Gameplay wise, there are a lot of similarities between 4 and the remake. It's less on the actiony side of 4, but the movement and control is a more fluid version of what you had in 4. For 20 bucks I'd say its definitely worth it.

I would also like to mention that seatbelts are a big problem if people have to get out of the bus quickly, which is a fairly common concern compared to the safety they would provide. It's one thing to have seatbelts in a car where its just a few people but when you have 52 panicked 1st graders trying to unbuckle themselves and one adult - it becomes a huge problem if say there's a fire at the front of the bus.

I drove buses, including school buses, for a while. From what I understand, they're not really necessary for safety with the exception of the driver (mostly to maintain control). If you have an object that's tens of thousands of pounds with an extremely rigid frame, the transfer of energy that would occur from an accident seldom is great enough to warrant serious injury to passengers. If a bus hits pretty much any other vehicle or a great deal of buildings, that thing ain't stopping. The only injury that can really occur is from a rollover, but that's pretty rare and drivers are supposed to be trained in such a way that it should never happen.

Couple that with the fact that kids would never wear them, might use them to hit other kids because kids are assholes, and the cost and maintenance, it's not really all that feasible. Hell, I had trouble enough just getting the shitheads to sit in a seat at all, let alone put on a seatbelt.

The new trilogy is more fun to watch, but has a far less cohesive story. Whatever is said about the prequels, they were telling a contiguous story. Unfortunately they just shit the bed with it.

In these movies, they're visually stunning and fairly well directed in terms of shooting, locations, practical effects (where possible) etc. but so far the storyline has just been dog shit. It seems like they're constantly stitching together random bits of information to try and make something work. They had a fine jumping off point with 7, but then our boy Rian decided to say fuck it and go off the rails. I'm guessing the new one isn't going to be much better if anything I've heard is true.

Getting a good home inspector is important. You want someone to call out every flaw in the house they can find so you can negotiate with the owner to do repairs before closing. Everyone you talk to is gonna have a 'guy' so make sure you find one you can trust.

I would stay away from FHA programs personally. The fact that mortgage insurance doesn't drop off during the life of the loan bothers me.

I would suggest looking into getting a conventional loan which usually requires 3.5% down at the minimum and then the insurance requirement drops off at 20% equity.

Also, don't make the mistake of wanting too much out of your first home. It's generally a good idea to stay away from condos/townhomes in that they don't appreciate as well but keep in mind you won't get everything you want. It feels sicking to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for something that isn't perfect, but unfortunately that's part of the game. It's important to get a place that you can live with that checks off the important boxes. But otherwise you'll always have the opportunity to get closer to what you want when you've built up some equity.
