But can you even escape the planet? Last I knew the crashed ship didn't even have any content associated with it.

That's the 1.0 update. The game ends when you escape and enter space. Crashed ship? You mean the Aurora? P.R.A.W.N. (powersuit) blueprints are in there, and a power cell that doubles energy efficiency in your submarine. Furniture is there too to scan, and some story content, but those are the main reasons to go there since I last played a few months ago.

All I remember is getting the weird nautilus looking submarine and finding almost nothing when I went to the deeper water. As I recall, They had big manta ray kinda things and some glowy caves but realized it was very repetitive.

In your case I would direct you to the wiki to find you some cool upgrades or machine blueprints. They can be difficult to find if you are looking for something specific. I use beacons to mark and name everything as I go. Maybe try that to get a sense of where everything is. Sometimes you have to look for materials for another upgrade, but it's all towards an end goal to escape the planet. I found the progression rather rewarding and not grindy imo.

Is there anything to do besides explore the like 100 feet of ocean that has anything in it?

100 feet of ocean???? When was the last time you played?? The map is a good size. Especially for $25. If I were to pick something to complain about it would be the fact that you don't really get real weaponry to take out threats. But that is a deliberate design choice. There are ways to get them off your tail, freeze them still, or push them away. You can kill some of the big stuff, but it's not worth the effort. I can see why people would complain about that. But the map doesn't come to mind to me as an issue to be honest. I never thought it small. Did you ever get a submarine with depth upgrades? There's more to see farther down.

Wtf....I've never seen anyone harp on handwriting like that. Unless they're either reading doctor's orders or they are a teacher. I know adults who write like 3rd graders and they do just fine. As long as people can read it. Main thing is you gotta slow down. I have to anyways. I had a really particular teacher in high school that marked off points for it. So that fixed mine up pretty well. I know how to write well but I have to slow it down to do so.
And a perfect signature means so little..unless you are an artist because it's how people find you. It's more about uniqueness than legibility anyways.

In less than 7 hours, it will finally be updated to version 1.0. The price will remain the same at $25.00. But this would be a good time to buy it and get it downloaded if you don't own the game already. That way you'll only have to download a patch. If you live in the middle of nowhere with shitty internet like me, then it's best to get a jump on it lol.

I have owned the game for a few years now, and have enjoyed it thoroughly. It is the best underwater game that I am aware of. Currently it is sitting at "Overwhelmingly Positive" on steam, with a 96% approval rating. I have personally played it about 100 hours total..and for $25.00, that's pretty good.

I particularly like the base building aspect. The way you progress from basic flippers into a submarine with an impenetrable shield powered by ion power cells..is satisfying. It's also a mobile base that you can use to extend your reach into the deepest reaches of the ocean. It's a unique experience. No other game does underwater survival better.

I imagine that a lot of the people interested already own it, but if not, it can give you something to do until Monster Hunter comes out..for sure. It's what I will be doing.

I can filter it to show me stories over a certain popularity ranking over the course of a week. Quick way to get caught up on anything relevant.
Then there's metacritic for video game scores. Little point to go to ign now other than the random game info that I need that google picks up in their wikis sometimes.

Umm...whoever was arguing about it, soda is bad for your health. That's proven fact. It's just an issue of quantifying to what extent the soda has already affected you, no matter how small. Water is obviously the healthier alternative, which I don't believe anyone would argue with, but I've been proven wrong before lol. A lot of the health problems I see in older folks are a result of the same bad habits that have been repeated for decades. As far as what affects you more adversely, the cigarettes do. Easily.

It is common for older people not to trust technology because they don't understand it. They don't care to learn it because they don't see the need when they've been doing it the same way for years with few issues. I see this attitude as an unnecessary way to handicap yourself. New technology is being developed every day for the exact purpose of making our lives easier. I look forward to the day when old people don't have this irrational fear of technology. Sure there will be issues, but nowhere near enough to swear off technology for the sake of being old fashioned.

Also they're not going to ban manual driving. That's just stupid.

Usually it was paperwork that got the shaft.
Home health has been much more laid back, often times I am sitting down with nothing to do for several hours. Needless to say I don't work at nursing homes anymore. The slightly increased pay I would get is not worth it by a long shot, especially as a single guy with no dependents.

High sales do not equal a good game. Sales will tell you that it caught the attention of many people, but that doesn't mean that a game that was much less advertised (and sold less) is by definition, worse.
I don't care for Pokemon due to its marginal changes over a 20 year span, compared to other games that reinvent large sections of their game and take more risks. I could go on for pages about that but I don't care nearly enough lol.
Regardless, I would gladly take Pokemon over any mobile game!!!!
We're starting to see the bar raised for mobile games, very slowly but surely. Runescape is supposed to come out for the mobile platform, and despite the p2w aspects, I wouldn't be surprised if it became one of the most dominant games on the platform. (which isn't saying much, but still)

Red. I played it with a friend of mine in first grade. I remember spreading rumors about the Mew in the truck, and that you could use Pikachu to use thundershock on the npc offering fossils to get both of them. There was this other kid who told me that I could get a Mew by catching a Magikarp with a super rod near the S.S. Anne, then you would cancel his evolution until he evolved into a glitched Snorlax at level 40, and then it would somehow immediately evolve into a Mew afterwards. I remember having trouble trying to even catch a Magikarp with the super rod, hell it might not have even been possible there lol.
Needless to say I never got that Mew.

Fast forward several years later and in the sixth grade, I left my GBC in the bathroom. My cousin who I was living with at the time started a new game and saved over my file, which broke my heart because my level 100 Mewtwo was on it.
May he rest in peace
His data was still on Pokemon Stadium though, so I could still fight with him...just never could use him anywhere else ever again..
