Except it's clear as day he is incompetent and that whole administration lies through their teeth even when they get caught. They will say anything just to get people who they know refuse to actually do research to believe them and see things through their eyes. Bowling Green Massacre? "Alternative Facts"? Sweden Tragedy? Every single thing Trump does is record breaking? Trump is never wrong, ever? The turning of an uncountable number of positions in the office? The Republican and Trump support of candidates like Roy Moore? The pardoning of Joe Arpaio? The lies at the Boyscouts Jamboree? Denial that that was even him on tape taking about grabbing women far after he admitted it? "Clean" coal? "Draining the swamp?" And let's be honest. It doesn't even stop here. His supporters refuse to look into these arguments and facts by this administration. THAT, is scary. It's okay to support someone, but there's a fine line of things he and his administration has said, and things that the media like CNN and MSNBC try to skew. There's clear lying and denial of any sense of flaw with this administration, and that is scary. Very, very scary. I am an independent. Back on the campaign, I tried giving him a sense of thought, but the man clearly started contradicting himself in far too many places to the point I refused to even consider him for my vote. Even today, he contradicts himself over and over again. That's terrifying. He will say anything extreme, play it off like others are the ones who are nutty, and pull his "fans" in so deep, they cannot even see what is real anymore. You probably have people in Kentucky who actually think the Bowling Green Massacre really happened still. His supporters are one-issue people. "As long as I keep my guns, I dun care." "As long as he keeps gays out of this country, I dun care." "As long as he keeps mooslam terrorists out of this country, I dun care." "As long as he is a Christian man, I dun care." "As long as he keeps my coal job, I dun care." "As long as he keeps gets rid of those damn Mexicans, I dun care." "As long as he bans abortion, I dun care." That's it. One issue people. My father wants immigrants out, and defends Trump tooth and nail. My cousin and brother want guns, so they defend Trump tooth and nail. My aunt is a heavy Christian woman and rolls her eyes when anyone says anything remotely negative against Trump. And they don't give a shit about any of those other issues or knows anything about his actual administration. This is what the south is made of. People who follow one issue, and that's it. The ones who follow everything would never have voted for Trump. If they did, they would have saw beyond "one issue" and notices Trump's countless lies and flaws, but they don't. They chose to remain blind and only care(d) about their one issue. This is why we are falling apart. No one does research anymore. No one listens to each other anymore. And voila, remember that and the more you use the monsters, the easier it is to remember. The Olympics are a sanctity from all the unnecessary conflict in the world. It's a chance to come together and unify. The first time North Korea enters, of course we have a dipshit and his dipshit cotton swab in office. I feel that if we had someone there to show we are respectful and open to being respectful, tensions between us and North Korea could ease. The fact that KJU has massive propaganda within the country to the point most North Koreas have never seen our flag, this was an opportunity for something. Think about it. Might the North Korean performances be shown in North Korea to the people? If so, it would give us a chance to show we have sympathy towards the shit they are enduring. KJU's sister is a propaganda mastermind. She could take this image of Pence not standing and simply prove to the people that America cares about no one, further feeding that propaganda machine. Hell, if I was there, even with language barrier and knowing the Koreans would be there, I'd at least try to learn a few introductory lines to tell her "Welcome to the Olympics. I hope you have a good time here." or something like that. Maybe that would do nothing, but it would be a memory she would forever hold and maybe question the rule of her brother.
