my industry has a ton of work, hard to find people, and any new people coming in as a starter is probs getting paid more than me and Ive been here for like 3 years with little pay rises since (cos of the COVIDs) feel like Im getting short handed

Take a look at game pass and see if it'll be worth it to you. Just know that the Xbox versions of call of duty have been buggier for the last few games. Aim assist is kinda fucked on Vanguard for Xbox, as an example.

yeah the other thing is COD is now a Microsoft series and I cant see the coming COD game in a few years being in the PlayStation
