I had a coworker that said he failed his fast because he accidentally cut himself while slicing vegetables. He said he is forfeited from today's fast.

From what i know, ramadhan on muslim countries are pretty lenient. Cutting the work hours, less physical activities, more resting time etc.
And despite hatemongers said, there is no real punishment for failing the fast.

Eating in public tho, is a total different issue.

Vegeta doesn't instantly becomes an earthling, he adapted and bonded with them. He married an earthling and conceived a child. Those bonds showed him emotions, and he accepted that earth is his home now.

You still fail to see my point. Vegeta living on earth doesn't suddenly give him any special traits humans might possess. Not how things work.

Here's a breakdown:

A state prisoner self-mutilated his own face prompting them to transport him to a local hospital for treatment.
After getting treatment while they were getting ready to go back to prison someone drove up, shot 2 of the COs, and drove away with the inmate.
BPD arrived on the scene and started firing on the COs, hitting one (all 3 are recovering)
Suspect and inmate are still on the loose as of this post

Ngl that's a badass prison escape.
