Street Fighter X Tekken should be considered.

All that hype around a fighting game that is just so absurdly broken on the fundamental level. It had a disastrous reality show for cripes sake. It was the first major miss for Capcom after the Street Fighter IV resurgence. They just blew the launch of this game so badly.

-P2W Gems
-Gems, in general, not really being worth it outside of the same ones.
-Timeouts were more frequent than actually ending matches.
-So many jabs. The games were mostly spent just jabbing.
-Pandora mode comeback mechanic was completely worthless.
-Character story stuff was awful, even by fighting game standards
-Paid DLC fighters were on the disc already, complete or near complete

It all just killed faith in Capcom fighters after that and was the start of a serious downturn in the popularity of the genre.

Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite was also atrocious, but that was when fighting games had become less popular. But that game did a ton wrong, but not as wrong as Street Fighter X Tekken.

Imagine we got to see Tony Masters palling it up in a future Deadpool movie. How much fun that would have been for their friendship to play out. We could have had Taskmaster in a future Thunderbolts or something.

Instead we get... generic silent husk of a person. At least in Wolverine Origins, Ryan Reynolds got to be Wade Wilson for a while, and that part was fun! Like even if they wanted to gender bend him and make him Tanya Masters or something, that even could have been fun if you maintained the characters personality. Like there is so much that could have been done with the Taskmaster character. There are so many other generic villains who could fit this generic silent villain spot they could have used too, which makes it even more confusing. It really feels like they wanted to drum up interest for actual fans of the Taskmaster character in name only, rather than do something fans of the character would like.

I dunno. I feel like I expect more from the MCU by now than to do something like this. It's disappointing.

Taskmaster has been my favorite Marvel character since 2008 and they did my boy dirty. Don't even mind the gender swap, Tasky is just woefully underutilized and had one whole spoken line of dialogue. Terrible.

I also absolutely adore Taskmaster. I haven't seen the movie yet, but this has all deflated my interest in it. I just don't understand the choice here, especially after everyone has been big on literally every Taskmaster appearance in other media where he gets to have a personality. This is just such a bizarre choice.

I use HBO Max on a Samsung TV App and it works fine for me.

So I have a friend who works on this game who has been so excited about this for a while. He's working on the auto-ban feature, but mostly does stuff with the Shrine of Secrets.

He's generally super excited about the game and what's coming up. He told me some funny stuff about the legal issues involved with Nemesis, all of which didn't really surprise me. But in general, don't expect a Mr. X skin because Capcom is being VERY involved with what they can do with the license, but has otherwise been great to work with.

Because they had a vision they felt passionately about to greenlight and start filming, even if it was absolutely shitty.

The fact that said "Wait let's step back" and are reworking everything to the point they are literally stopping production entirely means they are throwing everything away and have to change their already shitty idea into something that's likely to be more of a mess in a different way.

It depends on case-load. If they are backed up, they only do the most extreme cases, but yes, they can possibly represent you if your financial situation meets it, and their case-load allows for it. It's the same with child support cases also.

I mean, they won't outside of extreme stuff but go off.

Also, on a side note, I was legally advised that if I had called the cops on my ex the night she stole my phone, was physically pushing me, and calling me a ***** over and over while blacked out drunk that I likely could have had been granted emergency custody then and possibly could have had a solid case for keeping better than 50/50 custody in a court case. I ain't like that though.

Speaking as someone who almost had his entire life destroyed by his ex because I didn't call the cops when she was doing literally this, you should have called the cops on her. Especially since she seems absurdly unfit to mother your child, especially since if she's willing to do this abusive stuff to you, she's more than willing to do emotionally, mentally, and potentially abusive stuff to your child.

Corrik, I went to the second link and looked at Child Custody and Divorce and both of them basically say that they won't represent you under how they can help. Lol They'll only do the most abrupt things like when abuse is involved to get a separation of a child, but they offer resources otherwise.

I think you severely underestimate how much every judge hates someone who represents themselves. Like, it's a true nightmare and just makes any legal proceeding suck out loud. When we have to deal with anyone pro se at my firm, we just groan and pray they can find counsel immediately.

Yes, you're held to the same standards, but no, that doesn't mean any Judge wants to put up with it and the entire legal system is created with it in mind that you get a lawyer to make it go as smoothly as possible.

It's mostly to get the divorce (or in this case custody) proceedings over it with the idea in mind that with legal counsel they can get it over with quicker. This is also bearing in mind that a financial discrepancy would make it harder. If a woman is taking care of the kids, but the man is making a lot more money and will be shelling out plenty of money in child support, yeah. Pay for the lawyer to get the divorce done and over with. It's a costly process, and if things are intended to go smoothly then there's no issue in the person with the money paying for it. It also makes you look more favorable to the Judge who, if you're making loads of money with kids involved and you're not paying for all the legal fees for a divorce without a good reason, you look like kind of a dick forcing the poor, underpaid, overworked woman pay for her own fees.

Bearing in mind that Corrik had the idea that his ex would be able to handle this amicably and he didn't want to "punish her" by dragging her into a custody proceeding, paying for her lawyer wouldn't have been a bad idea. Since she has made it clear she wants to fuck Corrik over, no. Don't pay for the lawyer to fuck you over.

This idea of paying for the other party's lawyer does NOT extend past divorce/custody matters though, and you'll never see the idea floated around anywhere else.

Yeah, texts and emails are allowed to be submitted to the court, if you have a lawyer, in a custody case. You cannot submit these things without one, oddly enough.

Because they want it done in proper and productive avenues and not just any idiot throwing shit at the Judge. Many rules of Court are created from Judges just outright being like "I'm sick of these pro se idiots doing this shit so we'll make it more of a pain in the ass for them to."

I had suggested it only when Corrik was saying she was being reasonable.

Because she's clearly doesn't want to make this easy and simple, I would say don't pay for her lawyer, and I feel as though a lawyer wouldn't have any reason to recommend it at this stage either. But your lawyer should absolutely be the one doing all conversation about the custody proceedings and you should just direct her to speak with your lawyer if she attempts to talk to you about it. It'll probably motivate her to get a lawyer as well and make the entire thing less of a headache.

I would definitely just follow your lawyer's lead on everything, including paying for a lawyer for her or not. She's being unreasonable enough that any judge would outright notice that and see you as the reasonable one without a doubt. Just let your lawyer handle correspondence with her. It's not worth you even talking to her unless entirely necessary.

ME1's gameplay was miserable. You would get into a fight and all of your squad mates would keel over and die in seconds, even after plugging defensive stats into him.
