Everyone here (suburbia) gives the mailman a little something at Christmas, and if he's a veteran, a little something for veteran's day. Waitress/livery types get paid basically out of tips, and it gives you the customer control over the type of service you expect to receive. Wouldn't you rather be able to dictate how much those guys make based on how well they did their jobs?

I work at HP as technical support,giving old people help with their ***** printer and they don't even know what version of Windows they are using
Yet,I need to be polite,nice,patient and if they scream at me because the printer dies after one month I have to calm them down
Do I get tips from them if I "serve" them nicely?
No,at best they can vote on a survey or send a thanks-letter and I will get a bonus money depending on those surveys(or survies,I dunno sorry) from my employer,not from the costumers

HoN? LoL? Steam DotA?

HoN can no longer be called Dota 2 as more than half of the heroes are S2 heroes now...and they are terrible and nothing like Dota heroes at all

Which is sad because HoN UI is pretty much perfect and better than that of Dota 2 in almost every way (Dota 2 replay system is amazing though...including the stats you can see like each team GPM etc)

Nintendo 2 most major problems-
1.Force gamers to use gimmick controls
If I want to play Skyward Sword without Motion Plus,or without swinging everything,give me the option to do so
If I want to play Spirit Tracks without the touch screen and like a normal 2D Zelda-again,give me the option
Even while the controls were good in both of them for me,there are alot of people that don't seem to like them
Just...don't force,make a "classic controls" option in all of your games

2.Hating on different consoles -
I know it might be ugly to see Mario on Iphone because it's like Nintendo is admitting defeat...but this is the world we live in
Mobile games are getting very very popular and releasing games on them can make tons of money

The reason I forgot about it is because I totally gave up on using it seriously -_-

The majority of things I hate about Windows 7 are because I work as technical support for HP printers

Trying to activate the run command on windows 7-"do you see in the left side on your keyboard the windows symbol..press it and the R key together..." "oh nothing happens" and other crap
Instead of the easy "press start then run"
Also - entering into Printer Server Propeties in 7 is stupid-you need to click on a printer to have that option enabled
AND THAT ANNOYING UAC I SWEAR TO GOD IM GOING TO FIND THE PERSON THAT CREATED IT AND... seriously this is just stupid

And for being a normal user-
No Windows Movie Maker (to compress vidoes)
And I had another thing that I rage every time I remember it but I got black out now so I dunno what it was

That said, apparently the new Poison gym leader is going to be in an episode in June. Soooo I finished watching the BW season of the anime (up to 55,the last dubbed episode)
And I must say-the subway arc episodes are defiently top 10 material episodes for the whole show
I was really surprised at how well that turned out and it made me actually....like Pikachu somehow (it's impossible not to feel bad for him after what happened)


Also,the 14th was garbage and I actually watched it twice (because of 2 versions) to see if there are changes
The changes were so minor that if someone paid real money to watch them both then he is probably the most sucker person ever
Hell,they couldn't even give Hydreigon the rule of Golurk in the second version?
Also,everything was story until half hour before the movie end,and even then it was poor action
Sorry movie 9 but you will have to remain the worst movie in the series,but at least you got a new friend now!
