People would park in my spot repeatedly and Id have to ask them not to. Eventually I got tired of it and just had someone towed. Never had issues after that. People will walk over you until you show them they cant. If it happens again Id suggest you get it towed. Sounds like you gave more than a fair warning. That was one of my main issues. So metric driven that in store customer service was basically looked down upon. If its not a new line of service send them to customer service. They also basically encouraged straight up lying to sell shit. This was at one of the very few service and repair locations in the state. People drove sometimes over an hour coming to that store to get their phone fixed. Sprint would use that traffic and travel to boost sales rather than fix problems. I know that sounds obvious but that store showed me the root problem of Sprint. Verizon also has better coverage. Sprint in most major cities you will get coverage but there are a lot of weak spots in between. I get better Verizon coverage everywhere. Even with Sprints ties to Kansas City I get better coverage with Verizon. Sprint is probably the worst of the big 4. Id rather pay slightly extra and go to Verizon.
