I lost about 35 pounds, and am the lightest weight I've been for the past 10-15 years. I do kinda feel like I'm hitting my prime as far as looks, confidence, etc. Just get into a mindset of improving your life and stay away from the mindset that age determines your worth/health/etc. It's just a number. Generally, I think people have more emotional stability around 30, but you are less quick and energetic physically.
