Well?

I have AT&T because they have the best prepaid plans by far. In my opinion they have the best coverage to price ratio. Not paying an arm and a leg like on Verizon, but not dealing with shitty coverage like Sprint. Also, their customer service is decent.

AT&T. Been with them for 11 years.

I got a recent credit to my account from them because of how they throttled users who subscribed to unlimited data going back to 2011. It was something like $13.

Switched from cricket to att prepaid last month.

I had a $45 a month cricket deal that was 8GB, but it capped my speeds.

Att prepaid had a $45 ($65 - $20 with autopay) deal, for unlimited data and no capped speeds. Well deprioritization if it's busy or whatever.

Google Fi has always intrigued me, but never tried it. Always thought it was a bit too expensive, and only having T-Mobile, Sprint and US Cellular - AKA the 3 worst providers. Someday I might try it, but it only seems to benefit international customers.

before my most recent phone (my first smart phone), I was paying $120 a year for service. it's up to maybe $200 now, when I have to use data to use the internet or play a game and no wifi is available.

Visible has been decent for me. I haven't had any real hiccups with them other than when somebody calls me sometimes their voice sounds like they are talking into a fan. Also during peak times I do notice that my data speeds are very slow.

However, these 2 things aren't that big of an issue for me since
-I hardly talk on the phone
-Im always on WiFi

I can deal with those problems for just $25 a month. Mint was the other one I thought about joining, but I stuck with visible since I wanted to be on Verizon towers.

yeah when I joined visible, I was aware that a lot of people having problems with it oh, but I was willing to test my luck with a dice roll. For the first few months, the service was awesome. I debated whether I should leave visible once I did start experiencing issues, but I finally did after my employer could not reach me on my phone.

I switched away from Sprint last year. I had been with Sprint for about 18 years or so just because that's what I started with when I was 16. Their service was crappy, but I just tolerated it forever.

I instantly saw the improvement when I switched to Verizon. What prompted me to finally switch was some weird fiasco with the Note 10+.

*Ordered Note 10+ from Samsung, got it 2 days before the release date*
*Couldn't activate the phone with the old SIM card*
*Drove to Sprint store*
Me: Hey, I just got this new phone and I need to get it activated.
Sprint: I'm sorry, we can't activate this phone on our network. You need to call Samsung to figure out why.
Me: ... OK, I'll do that.
*Drove to Verizon store*
Me: Hey, I just got this new phone and I was wanting to set up an account. Sprint said they couldn't activate it, so it's time to switch.
Verizon: Well, we use the same kind of network that Sprint does (CDMA), so if it doesn't work on their network it probably won't work on ours... But let's give it a try.
*Verizon puts one of their demo SIM cards in*
*It makes calls just fine*
*New account is set up and I'm good to go*

The whole time, the problem was that Sprint hadn't loaded the Note 10 IMEIs in their system, so people who got the Note 10 or Note 10+ couldn't activate their phones until a few days after the official release.

Sprint is honestly just a bad company. If youre not coming into buy a new line of service or accessories they dont give a shit about you. That was one of my main issues. So metric driven that in store customer service was basically looked down upon. If its not a new line of service send them to customer service. They also basically encouraged straight up lying to sell shit. This was at one of the very few service and repair locations in the state. People drove sometimes over an hour coming to that store to get their phone fixed. Sprint would use that traffic and travel to boost sales rather than fix problems. I know that sounds obvious but that store showed me the root problem of Sprint.

Verizon also has better coverage. Sprint in most major cities you will get coverage but there are a lot of weak spots in between. I get better Verizon coverage everywhere. Even with Sprints ties to Kansas City I get better coverage with Verizon.

Sprint is probably the worst of the big 4. Id rather pay slightly extra and go to Verizon. Costs are almost the same nowadays honestly and they actually try.

Sprint always wanted to sell me shit. Like speakers and headphones. And I was like, I dont have money for that. And they would say we could add it to the bill for however many months. But I just came in for one thing. Like fixing the phone or something... It really bothered me. And that was after waiting forever to speak with someone. The Verizon store, in the same strip mall type thing, is much better. They dont try to oversell, and actually help with whatever problems you are having. And the waits not too bad...

I used to work in an AT&T call center, and I had to upsell on every call. It's a shitty tactic, I wish companies didn't have to do that, and they only do it cuz they think they can squeeze out a few more sales at the cost of a possible bad customer service experience
