Out of the tens of thousands of people protesting, a dozen or so getting arrested hardly says anything for the group as a whole. As always, I condemn any type of violent protest, and those who engage in violence to protest should be prosecuted fully.

Canadian truckers want to be able to go back into their own country without restrictions. This is a basic right and freedom.

Theres no definitive proof that they were even part of the trucker protest. Thats probably why only some fringe news site is reporting it and none of the major networks. Also they are clearly teenagers and not truckers. Really hope they are caught and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for their attempted arson.

Well I read the article that the one heavily misinformed poster posted, and Im not convinced at all that they were with the trucker protest, and quite frankly, I think they were trying to frame the truckers. The one guy whos pictured they showed looked barely 18, dont know how many 18 year olds are driving trucks. Also if they were with the protest, they wouldnt have admitted to it, so it sounds like a setup especially with the other reports of violence coming from liberal anti-protesters. Hopefully they catch those kids who did that so they can be held accountable and so that the real truth comes out.

Ive seen no reports of this so going to have to say, Fake News. Anti-mandate protesters are trying to get diesel fuel to the trucks, not burn buildings down with it.

From the articles I read, it was mainly anti-protesters getting arrested for throwing rocks/eggs at trucks and putting nails in the road. Liberals protesting with violence like weve seen so many times in the past.

Luckily, I was approaching a store with a lot of customers by the time they had caught up to me. One of them bit the back of my shins to finally get me to pay attention to them. I had to wander to the front of the store and loiter a bit because they wouldn't act (that) violently in the presence of witnesses. Still, they caught up to me, and I still got bit after refusing to give them any food. At one point, someone started recording me on camera, backed against a wall. Finally, I had to surreptitiously follow some employees to their smoke break area and wait until a group of them resumed their duties pushing carts near the area my moms car was parked at. I had to hover around them before sprinting to her car. I couldn't have her drive out of that parking lot fast enough. I told her to drive in circles over again to make sure I wasn't being followed. This was a slightly traumatizing experience and uncomfortably reminds me of the days when this happened to me during my turbulent middle school days. It scares me how sadistic and violent dogs can get. I was scared of going outside today. I feel like I'm still scarred. Anyway, how fares your Thursday, board?
