Imagine the negative effects on business if people were entitled to own their own property. It'd be terrible. Software downloads are not property any more than the music you hear on the radio is property. It's intangible. When you buy a game on Steam/Origin/PSN or wherever, you aren't actually buying the software. You are only buying a license to use the software, which license can be revoked at any time (at least, under the agreement). If the DLC tracks are really $1 each that is pretty outrageous. It's not like Rock Band/Guitar Hero where they have to do a ton of work/pay for licensing to bring the song into the game. I think .50 each or 5pack for $3 or something.

When one of the mothers was sent to prison and the other was hospitalized, the girl’s biological father wished to care for her. The court, however, ruled the biological father could not be a legal guardian because of California’s current law allowing only two parents per child. The state took custody of the child. Maybe my life is biased or whatever (I don't see how, though), but 1-3% seems about right for the amount of gay people in society. I think when you live in an urban center the number might go up quite significantly, but still... 10% means that 1 in 10 people are gay? No way.
