Methinks there's some deliberate scheme at play here. Whoever's driving this isn't genuinely motivated in "the cause", but diverting time/investment/attention here in the interest of something else separately.

The school name change initiative was something I felt was already a real stretch, but could kinda keep open mind to. This, particularly behind the counterargument that abbreviations are globally-used for objective practicality, is a waste of time.

I have a lot of respect for him since he seems to be one of the only people in that particular youtube space who is actually taking covid seriously and cancelled all his big public events.

I could tell in some videos when he doesn't level with some people. Like I think he wouldn't have been to Cleetus and Cars but didn't want to come off as a flake.

That one mechanic on his team is a serious MVP tho.

I never picked up on the original. I'm just indifferent to this release. I get that they shouldn't try to be like the Twice/BP/Itzy/Aespa/Loona's of the world, but it does nothing for me to want to revisit it.

It's not the worst thing, and you may know better than most of the things you'll find yourself faced with, but there's a difference of knowing by principal, and knowing by experience.

I mean yeah, if you got a proper salary job with benefits straight out of school, obviously go for it. I didn't struggle-struggle growing up, but that uncomfortable space of having a retail job and sitting on my degree. Definitely instilled a "life is on pause" feeling.

2015 Prius with about 60k... Planning on tinting the windows after accepting shipment. I went with the wagon for the extra space for snowboard, skiing and other gear. Bonus, this is probably the least I've ever spent on comprehensive insurance coverage. The wagon is around 50% more space with a 2mpg hit, still a solid 44mpg.

Also I can be a weirdo and skip the hotel on long solo drives across the country (back east), instead opting to pass out in the car (rest areas) with climate control in ready mode at the cost of 1/2 gallon of gas per 8 hours because it's just a generator on wheels and the engine rarely kicks on. The rear is about 7' of flat area from the back of the front seats to the back hatch. Just tall enough to maybe feel like a coffin for some, but my cheap ass can deal lol.

I would've gotten one of these if they weren't discontinued. Consumer society is so stupid. The most reliable and tried hybrid platform in semi-wagon form is the ultimate economic transport.

Perhaps it's not so much about the kids/spouse, but the world around them. The means to afford a family, steer them right, that's one thing. Go 20 years or so down the line hoping they find living worthwhile, another thing. Explaining the crudeness of society and why some things that should be, aren't.

Of course, I can understand that if you (accidentally?) got the ball rolling, now you're in for the ride.

Baekhyun's Japanese album was pretty cool.

Less conservative than typical K-Pop artist content but a little more line with western stuff. Not sure if the Japanese market is more like that, but good on him/producers probably taking up the freedom to make more of what they want. imo of the best vocalists in the industry. SM got lucky with being able to get him Kyungsoo, and Chen in EXO.
