Anyone can think maybe all they want about whether or not they're safe, but bottom line is whether or not it's worth risking for your dad. This isn't quite like weighing the odds of being struck by lightning and therefore deeming outside unsafe. It's a very conscious decision/choice at play. If he gets infected and turns for the worst, you'll look back thinking you willingly put him in that position.

Go with gut instinct. Show up to work, if you feel like you shouldn't be there, then get to applying after your shift or leave early if you see fit.

Curry's imo only look good casually in black. They don't really have collars or tongues so pants fall on them a bit more awkwardly. UA really just has an ugly logo. Like whoever went with that clearly never took design 101. It can really ruin a shoe all by itself. The SC30 logo was great. The new logo is ehh. Iono. Just not good looking shoes for the most part imo.

As a shoe line in general, I could not really get along. Just have my SP edition Curry 1, which is ok. The 4 was a miserable experience. 6 was cool but stretched too much after broken in. Ankle /heel area is usually loose for me. I just can bother with this brand much.

tbh, move on.

She probably doesn't have her mind on anyone else (dating-wise), but that's because she doesn't have her eyes on anyone period. Don't mean to sound like a dick, but you're probably the last thing she needs. "She's just not that into you" likely in the sense she's really not into dating. It's probably just going to inadvertently string you along without.

I've been with some girls who ended up legit going through stuff. The last one I just checked at one point if she was able to meet her school and job goals, and I regret to find out she kinda hasn't had things go her way. Yeah sure it's nice to know I was never lied to, but if I'm true to once being interested in her, I wanted her to find her way out of her situation. We met at so-so points of our lives. I'm seemingly faring off better now, although it's not a comparison/contest. She was never going to look for some kind of financial help if I could already provide it at the time. You could be most everything a person needs but you can't insert yourself into the past life they're trying to fix and save. You were never there to start and perhaps credit to who you were seeing as well she's keeping it from being your problem.

Been debating leaving M1 for TD. It's been a question of being committed to the practice. I started with M1 as an introductory and passive setup. Watching ongoing message board threads, I'm becoming more and more convinced that short-term/"day trades" have some reliability to them, and there is a more prominent wave of social media driven buys and sells.

I haven't put too much into my M1 portfolio. If anything it's been a better version of my bank savings account as far as gains go, and perceptibly a "wall" to avoid spending money on other things.

I play the safe game with covered calls and dividends most of the time, but I have the absolute worst timing ever when it comes to big movers.

No joke, I had 20 Tesla shares I got at $245/share (pre-split) so roughly $50/share. Was starting to build a house in fall 2019 and those around me suggested selling to put in bank for financial impact and to get a lower rate. That was September 2019...thats over $100k right now if I sat on it. Probably as much in calls too if Id have kept buying. Yeah, I sold for a nice $20 profit on them all.

Bought 100 AMD shares at $6/share back in 2016, sold before it jumped.

Bought a bunch of GameStop for $2.50 back early pandemic, sold at $4 before August when we were actually closing on the house we were building from 2019.

Bought FCEL for ~$1, I sold it for some profit but it jumped days later.

I had GSAT since early 2020, sold it end of December for pennys above what I bought it. It jumped a week or so later.

I could go on, but I truly have terrible timing. I only ever sell when I could use the money for something else and Im up overall since 2019 around 20% but I could literally be up like 2000% if I held onto a few of these for literally a few days longer.

Well it kinda just adds rule of thumb that an investment is never meant to be short term by definition. The game of well-timed flips is an abstract of probability.

I always find her to always take what is fundamentally and morally proper of a stance, and then turn it into something that makes you wonder if she just took that stance to simply preface what she really wanted to say.
