My 9000 square foot lot in Seattle is worth $300-350k alone, not counting value of house. There is a 140 acre lot in Olympia or Tumwater city limits for like $300k. It has power lines on part of the property but a giant wooded belt and is subdivided. Could build like a log cabin from the wood onsite for a pretty low cost I think. --- |

So 5'11.25" = 6' 6'-6'3" you can round up if over the 1/2" mark but it makes you a petty bitch over 6'4" you truncate off the fractions. --- |

When she starts serving me she tells me she is going slow because she has bleach in her eyes and can't see well and tells me how she was cleaning the bathroom when someone came in 20 minutes ago, she knocked over a container and got bleach in her eyes and has been waiting for the customers to leave so she can wash the bleach out of her eyes. i tell her to wash it out immediately, chemicals shouldn't rest in her eyes long, it can do permanent damage, but she says she will wait until my sandwich is done. A minute later another customer walks in, i pay and as I am leaving tell her she really should wash her eyes immediately. Think she goes blind? --- |

If you come in at .06mg/L I believe they tell them you tested positive for a controlled substance and leave it at that. there may be some exceptions but I think that is the norm. --- |

Of Fescue grass which is a grass that folds over at a certain point and self terminates so you have grass that never gets above 3-5" for the lawn types of the grass. It is from Europe. --- |

About 1 acres of woods, .5 acre of grassy hill, 3 acres of lawn on bottom of the hill, .5 acres on top of hill where the house is. we played many games of football, baseball, soccer, volleyball, paintball, rugby (as near we knew the rules), etc. my dad had a bunch of the halogen flood lights so we would line the hill with flood lights and play all the sports under the lights after dark, too. --- |
