"Fungible" means an item can be replaced by an identical item... but if multiple "NFTs" of the same thing are being produced and sold etc., wouldn't that mean they are fungible? Non-fungible would mean there's only one.

Haha, I don't have a gambling addiction. I don't buy scratch offs very often.

It's money I didn't have initially, and playing the game is fun, so that's why I pocketed $50 (putting me at +50 at the very least) and risked the other half.

Some people say to buy several of the same ticket, but I don't like doing that because you're likely buying 80% duds, if you even win at all.

I have more luck buying one ticket from different rolls.

  1. Bought 2 different $10s
  2. Won on both, $10 and $25, $35 total
  3. Took $20 in cash (to make back what I initially spent), and bought 3 different $5s
  4. Two $5s were a dud, but the other hit for $100
  5. I took $50 in cash, making me +50, then bought a $20 and a $30
  6. The $20 was a dud, but the $30 hit for $30
  7. Cashed out the $30 and called it quits
  8. Overall I'm at +80

So I bought 7 tickets and won on 4 of them, which is quite lucky because that's almost a 60% win rate, when even a $30 (which offers the highest chance of winning) has odds around 35%.

Depends on the state. Florida, for instance:

The unlawful killing of an unborn child, by any injury to the mother of such child which would be murder if it resulted in the death of such mother, shall be deemed murder in the same degree as that which would have been committed against the mother.

It's adaptive to perceive meaning in randomness.

It's also in our nature to assume coincidences are not correlative, because that goes against what we've been told. Doesn't mean it's not true. Especially when I experience this type of stuff all the time.

So on the topic of life being a simulation and weird coincidences I've noticed... I was just talking to one of our cashiers about half an hour ago about the Kia cruise I took a few years ago. She asked me where it went, told her the Bahamas.

Okay, so shortly afterward I pull her from her register to go into the office and count the drawer, etc. On the way to the office, an older coworker named Roland asked tongue in cheek "Are you leaving us defenseless, Sheena?" Which he always asks when it's her time to clock out.

She said Roland likes pretending, which made me think of the song "The Great Pretender" by the Platters, which I mentioned to Sheena.

Okay, so as I'm counting the drawer, I find in the nickels slot... a Bahamian five cent coin. Interesting, I think. I was just talking about the Bahamas.

I wrap up, and when I exit the office, what song is playing? "The Great Pretender." Granted, it's part of the store's playlist, but the timing...

I think their entire moveset should be based off their weapons

Neutral A - Squirtgun (weak, but has high rate of fire. long range)
Side A - Tomatoes (stronger, has medium range)
Side Smash A - Bazooka (powerful, but forces Zeke/Julie backwards)
Up A - Popsicles (weak, can freeze opponents at high %)
Smash Up A - Soda Cans (thrown in an arc, explodes on contact)
Down A - Fire Extinguisher (stronger, can freeze opponents at mid %)
Down Smash A - Flamethrower (powerful, has short range)

Neutral B - Bubble Gun (temporarily immobilizes opponents)
Side B - Weedwhacker (hold down the button for continuous use, gets weaker. hits multiple times)
Up B - Trampoline
Down B - Ancient Artifact/Cross (counter move)

Final Smash - Monster Potion (Zeke/Julie drink out of a red flask, hits the nearest opponent and pummels them into oblivion)

I love it :)
