Yeah, the EN branch is such an anomaly in that they live all over the world compared to the other branches who are at least in the same country. Ive been really enjoying Game Shop Maruyama on the main Hololive channel and Id love an EN equivalent, but getting everyone together regularly like that wouldnt be possible. At least they could still appear in Grafitti together, I guess.

Yeah, same. I recently paid 300 for Cloud, Barret and Tifa PlayArts figures, but that's my favourite game of all time and even then that's about the upper limit I'd pay for an individual figure or statue.

That's fair, the joints on some definitely look worse than others, but overall they don't bother me.

And I know, but a man can dream! It doesn't sound like they're completely deleting her channel though and she is still appearing in Hololive Alternative, I assume, so maybe her lingering popularity might warrant it? Probably not though.

I'd get a full set of HoloEN ones, but I reckon they'd need to be active for a while longer for Cover to consider it. These toy contracts are a long-term thing, considering how long it takes from conception to sale, so they want to make sure they're sticking around before comitting to anything (and are popular enough to warrant it).

Eh, not a huge fan of Nendoroids. And Pop Up Parade are cool, but the price isn't much different. Plus I can put her next to my Goblin Slayer and Link Figmas! And she has a rocket launcher!

I know the only other confirmed Figma we're getting is Rushia (I think?), but I figure we'd get some more eventually, right? Then again, the only JP ones I'd be interested in are Korone, Subaru, Hachama, Coco and maybe Polka.

I dont think any Gen 4 figures were announced yet, so Id say its unlikely well ever get any. Cant imagine Cover would spend money on promoting someone whos graduated even when theyre as popular as Coco.

I'll take you up on that now then! 'Cause I think I might be screwed with regards to editing the rigging on Dandy's model, as I don't think the person I comissioned it from gave me the right file. I have the exported files, like the .moc3 file and physics files, and the original .psd file for the model, but I don't have the .cmo3 file.

Am I SOL for editing my rigging without it?

Nice work, GMUN! I've been meaning to start looking into Live2D so I can try and do some rigging tweaks for Dandy. I'll need to go to a pro for anything too sophisticated, like full head turning (I long for the day that I can show off the full majesty of my pompadour), but I figure I could at least figure out stuff like more mouth movement and maybe multiple expressions on my own, so I might hit you up for some advice if I get stuck!

Only thing I know about Apex is that you're guaranteed an heirloom set every 500 boxes, so dunno if that's why? Though, I've seen this before with other streamers in different games. Maybe it's just the excitement of seeing your superchat money spent live or maybe it's just chasing that second-hand excitement at getting a good pull. No idea.

I imagine they cover some merch, for the more popular talents and for birthdays and stuff, but outside that, I guess it's treated like an investment. You put your money in, Cover arrange the distribution and stuff and if it all sells, you make a profit.

They all still get a salary and if they're expanding with another five talents for EN Gen 2, that's five more models and salaries, plus managers for each of them. Also marketing, yeah. Getting their songs in games or cross-promotion stuff. And those 3D live shows are probably quite expensive (although, I'd guess the tickets more than cover those).

it's been a while since her and choco were getting excessively banned, that was more of a mid 2020's thing. it was especially bad for choco since she drew the ire of chinese nationalist antis (long, long before coco and hachama), and her channel was actually SUPER fast growing until she got hit with repeated attacks, bans, shadowbans, etc.

anyway, when mel debuted her new costume she also revealed that her model for her original costume had been updated as well. she streams pretty often using both her original and the new costume, uses her original costume on thumbnails still. I would say she used the new costume a lot more at first but now she has gone back to using her old costume often enough without getting into any trouble. it seems like it solely depends on her mood rather than trying to avoid the ire of youtube at this point.

Looks like Judgment is also coming to Series S/X, as well as PS5 and Stadia. No PC version for this one though, weirdly. Also don't think it's on Gamepass either. And also no free upgrade for PS4 owners.

About four and a half hours in and I wasn't digging the narrative at the start, but it's getting better and better as it goes on. Just about to head into the forest. Only complaint so far is that the skin demon is annoying more than anything else, especially when he starts being invisible too.

I don't see the point of a remake for 4 at all. It holds up fine. Code Veronica is the only mainline game that really needs the remake treatment at this point and then you're good.

Maybe Outbreak, but Capcom seem hellbent on pushing PvP for some reason, so I've not got my fingers crossed.

Yeah, The Medium is literally coming out next week and is available Day 1, alongisde the upcoming Yakuza Remasters (which are old, but new to Xbox).
