Season 3 of Attack on Titan is getting worse. They keep introducing new powers and information through flashbacks. It's only a matter of time before Eren goes Super Saiyan.

I understand that people didn't really like this Arc in the manga so they're trying to speed it up. I guess the way they chose to do that as through flashbacks.

It's not just a bad arc. They're introducing new elements and mythos that will impact the series in the long run in a negative way. There might even be contradictions but I haven't double checked.

My speculation for Attack on Titan:Titans are homunculus. Faust made a deal with Mephisto and became the first one.

There are 2 Titan groups. They hate eachother for whatever reason. One group has established the city and uses it as fortress. That is why there are titans inside the wall. They are a last line of defense in case enemy titans break through.

Attack on Titan is back

I don't like how they changed so dramatically. It feels like they skipped over a lot and we're starting in the middle of another arc.

the last we saw was Eren was able to command Titans and it was alluded there was some sort of conspiracy within the government. Now the government has assassins hunting them down as if they discovered anything in the conspiracy. They were on the front lines this whole time. They didn't investigate the government at all. And they were already on a different story about the origins of Titans being made of people.
