Still watching the new Bleach.

That is about it.

My entire family is watching the return of Bleach, myself included.

Seems that giving a series a chance to breathe for ten years does wonders for hype.

Then again, so does better animation and a much bigger budget.

Danmachi Season 4 is done until 2023. Have not decided what to watch from the current season. Still unpacking things from the move.

Picked up Diofield Chronicle. My Game Stop had a delay on Trails From Zero, but I can wait another day or two on that.

This Fire Emblem feels like Tokyo Mirage Sessions II.

Almost ready to move. All of the anime and JRPGs are packed up. Not that packing leaves any time to watch or play, anyway.

Danmachi heading into the next story arc. Had a Cassandra episode, and I enjoyed that.

In real life, getting ready to move for the first time in a decade and a half. Having fun boxing everything up.

Also technically celebrated twenty years at Game FAQs the other day, but, to be honest, there are very few people left here to celebrate anything.

So Netflix remade Bastard and I only found out a couple of days ago. Binging it now. Faithful to the manga in all of its politically incorrect glory.

This weeks danmachi was pretty awesome. I'm getting quite a solid dose of adventure fantasy anime this season and I'm all for it.

Definitely benefiting from a longer episode order, this season.

Season 4 of Danmachi is holding up. The LN fans are being slightly less ... obtuse than normal.

Rewatching Star Fleet / X-Bomber before it leaves Retro Crush on Tuesday. I may have mentioned it here before, but, despite not technically being anime (q.v. Thunderbolt Fantasy), it is still a Go Nagai project. Big part of my childhood.

Would that be a bronze, silver, or gold trophy?

Watching Danmachi. Rewatching Noucome. I looked up the LN for that and discovered that it is complete (at 13 volumes), but no official translation exists, and the fan translation ends after Volume 3 (like the anime). Shame, as the anime is very funny.

I thought this was going to be a September release. Whoops.

I keep forgetting what I have pre-ordered, and the Game Stop app does not say anything about pre-orders. Need to check to see if Trails From Zero is in there. I know Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is. (... I am still missing the second game and Torna.)

Less than one week until Season 4 of Danmachi.

The first game is enjoyable. The second game drops the ball.

People still debate FMA (2003) versus FMA Brotherhood.

Surprised no one debates HXH (1998) versus HXH (2011).

I was just thinking that I forgot Strawberry 100% got animated. I remember stocking the manga ages ago. Always wrapped in plastic, though tamer than, say, Sundome.

Speaking of manga, I am circling the next few volumes of Trinity Seven, but I am holding off on a full read until Vol. 26 comes out in August.

That is one manga that I never managed to complete. I picked up a volume here, a volume there, but a complete set was never possible. I do still have the DVDs, though. Rare to see Kare Kano mentioned, these days.

And I have no idea what the different "types" of anime are, at least in terms of this conversation.

At this point, I am annoyed by both sides of the spectrum and want to be left alone, as there seems to be no hope of repairing U.S. politics.

Executioner has the disadvantage of being stuck on Hidive. Granted, I use and enjoy Hidive, but many fans do not.

Re-upped my Retro Crush, bid farewell to Funimation, and upgraded my Crunchyroll to add offline viewing. Going to put that on my old phone and see how it does. Being able to watch things on the fly without eating up data would be a good upgrade.

New season of Danmachi starts July 22. Supposed to be adapting one of the best story arcs, too.

Yuri fanficcerswill save the day.

You are correct. X-Change 1 got one new ending, and I am still digging into the other games. I doubt Sagara Family will get any added content, though I would not mind seeing it.

Hey, Delta (any incarnation), I owe you a high five. I was looking up FAQs for the remastered X-Change Collection (on sale), and the most recent topic on that board was yours from about a decade ago.

Related: Also pre-ordered the Sagara Family remaster. Old nukige are like gasoline and dynamite: Cheap.

I will always recommend 12 Kingdoms. Especially if you have seen Fushigi Yugi and want to see everything about it torn to pieces.

Triangle Strategy is in the to-be-played stack, and it looks like Rune Factory 5 will be there soon, too, but I have been spending a fair amount of time watching LPs of Fire Emblem hacks (e.g. Project Ember) instead. There is a promotion heading down the pipeline for me, and I do not yet know what that is going to do to my free time, but I still consider it good news.

Yes, and I managed to get most of them. Rough around the edges, but not as bad as one might think (IMO).

Funimation e-mailed me to tell their entire library is going to Crunchyroll, and that I should, too. Surprise ending to the merger.

I am still mildly annoyed that I have Ryza 2 without the first game due to Switch games holding at high prices.

Currently replaying the Dawn of Souls version of the original Final Fantasy. That game never loses its shine.

I said it before: I always figured Kill La Kill was the "real" sequel to FLCL.

Currently getting back into King of Fighters XIV in preparation for the next game, due to release on February 17. Still one of my favorite series in its genre, no matter how silly it gets.

Ever since I found Retro Crush, a free streaming service for older series, I've been (re)watching GTO and some other stuff like Project A-ko and Robot Carnival.

It's legitimately a great site with a nice catalogue of older titles, including lots of stuff belonging to dead licensers like Geneon / Pioneer.

I do keep hearing about Hello Lady. But only Nope Nope Nurses gives me the chance to make Yosuke Hanamura jokes on Reddit.

Steam is having a sale that I suspect is going to end with me getting SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays.
