Are there life style changes you could make that would likely help? Are you over weight? Drink often? Smoke? Exercise? etc..

I drank a lot for 6 months and then quit cold Turkey. I went from a 27BMI to a 29.2BMI and thats all in my gut. But due to my frame its hard to see or tell. Im constantly being asked, lose what? When I say I need to lose weight.

I dont smoke either.

Work is stressful, though. Right now its changing a lot so Im stressed.

My BP use to always be 120/80 exactly. Never could get it lower. But when I went from 27BMI to 23.2BMI my BP was like 109/72 on average.

My friend, phlebotomist, think I might be dehydrated. Another thinks its anxiety as Ive had weird bouts of it and she says the top number is indicative of that.

For example, I was just mindlessly scrolling social media while on the treadmill and I came across a cringey video. The video was not political in any way, but someone felt the need to post some rightwing stupidity attacking liberals. Old me wouldve retorted something funny to highlight their stupidity and maybe get them to think a little about their position. The new me doesnt want that. New me doesnt want them waking up to the reality that the whole system is rigged. Why? Because as long as people are idiots, Ill continue to make and hold on to my new found wealth.

This may not seem that drastic. I still vote democrat. But Ill definitely be in the top 1% in 2024 how long before I end up like the elite I despise so much.

Just drove past a house that paid to have a huge billboard put on their property saying, Vote Democrats out to stop the voting rights of illegals immigrants.

That idiot spent his money and/or retirement funds to put that nonsense up and then when he has trouble paying bills will then blame immigrants taking his job or whatever.
