Damn what you said about condos makes me want them more. Im not saying youre wrong. I agree with you 100%. But now more than ever its a dog eat dog world. Its exhausting trying to educate the masses and so in the end, you kinda just have to look out for yourself. Ill be a good landlord, though. I wont ask for tips on top of rent.

Update: Yesterday I visited a client. I couldnt park in front of their home because there was already a vehicle parked there, and I couldnt park in their drive way. So I parked in front of the neighbors home.

I was a little early so I stayed in my car drawing and talking to a friend on the phone. Moments later some lady pulls up beside me and says, in the most rude Karen voice, You need help!? Im like, Uh no, why? She then says, BECAUSE YOURE PARKED IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE! I then said, You mean on a public street? She then drove off pissed.

Ive been in Texas for a month now and these people are RUDE. And they have no class.

Not really. This was weeks ago. Since then Ive come across other issues. Like a few days ago some dude in his 80s sought out our products, we set him up with it, and just hours later got bombarded with phone calls from his family accusing us of taking advantage of and elderly man with dementia. First he contacted us for OUR product and decided to purchase. Second, how the fuck were any of my reps supposed to know he has dementia!? And third, like I told them, if hes that fucked up why doesnt he have some sort of care taker and allowed to be driving around town all Willy nilly?

Given the recent announcement of Lily lowering the cost of insulin in the US, and the others expected to follow suit, expect the CDC to change their terms of prediabetes to be in-line with every other nations terms again. It's no longer extremely lucrative to get people onto diabetes medications now in the US.

Im about to begin eating 800 cal a day, as per New Castles study. Are you familiar with it? Apparently you guys are saving BILLIONS a year by having people who are diabetic go on it.

Technically the prediabetic numbers use to be 110-130. They keep bringing shit down. Hell, 120/80~130/85 is now prehypertension, too.

When the body doesn't make enough insulin, it breaks down fat. Normally this is fine as it's how you lose weight, but diabetic ketoacidosis is a magnitude more worse. I know. I did the keto diet for 2yrs and I would test my ketones with them.

I also took a at home A1C test and came up 5.7. Ive been 5.7 for 10yrs now. Wtf!? It doesnt go up nor down. Thoughts?
