Like... I think a lot of the purely depression symptoms have been tackled. Years ago, I would cry multiple times a week and physically abuse myself... but I don't do that anymore. I still grapple with a lack of interest in doing things or even doing basic things to take care of myself, but I've come to realize it's not rooted in a depression capacity. I've come to realize that most of what I do is out of needing some sort of excitement or buzz, like my binge eating (which feeds my bulimia) or gambling. I need a lot of stimulation and can't bring myself to care about things that don't bring it to me, and I realize how much this has actually been a problem across my whole life, <.< . It makes me unable to commit to anything that doesn't produce immediate results, and that is extremely unhealthy. --- Can you wait another day? Wait another week? Wait another month?
