Then how did it beat 1987 which had great NES and Arcade games? How is Ristar considered scraping the barrel? There were also decent games such as Popful Mail and Lords of Thunder on the Sega CD. The NES era is already handicapped on this site so at least get the best games represented. Anything is better than Dragon Warrior. Mega Man 2, Ninja Gaiden, Duck Tales, TMNT Arcade Game, Golden Axe, etc. And I'm not sure Final Fantasy should headline 1990 for that matter. That game hasn't aged well (attacking thin air) when there are higher rated classics such as Crystalis going unnoticed. -- --- If the rule you followed brought you to this, of what use was the rule? |
