I wish I had positive emotions about Link/Draven but all it does is make me furious.

this result is why when people are like "oooh look at how good of a job Allen did" when he put in pretty much the bare minimum for this last contest, I have to laugh and can't give him any credit. This match should've ended with Link capping the biggest comeback of all time to slay the outside evil but that [redacted] worthless piece of [redacted] who runs the site didn't do his job.

The match should've been re-started, or extended for an hour. DDOS or not, Link lost an hour and a half of his best time when he was absolutely slaughtering the poll. Without that assist, Draven loses.

And don't let me forget the steaming garbage piles who voted for Shepard, either. They suck.

Everything about that match sucks and if you still like SBAllen after it you should feel bad.

Im coming around to it. He has a better kit this time around, and Im discovering he doesnt play all that differently than his Brawl version, its just adjusted for the engine and the tools you use are different. Best projectile in the game(ish), and with the dash mechanics an oppressively-safe FSmash. Aggressively defensive is a good way to describe him. Still miss that back-air though..

I finally started testing out some new characters last night because I couldn't sleep. I got to Ridley, Chrom, and Roy.

Ridley... I basically just spammed everything I saw @Zigzagoon do to me except much worse and I got my face caved in. I do not understand Ridley's spacing all that well except once people get knocked up above me they are DOOMED.

Chrom... like a slightly faster version of Marth. His kit is almost exactly like Marth's but a little faster? I'm not seeing the difference and like... why they added this character at all.

ROY... holy FUCK was it satisfying to hit things with Roy's sword. I had one point where I kept ZSS up in the air for her entire stock before KO'ing her with an up-smash. I just chased her from side to side with his aerials which are SICK. Roy's N-air may be my favorite move in the game!

New down smash is really useful, despite its lack of range.

I just constantly am used to using F-smash because for all my other characters (Mario, Sheik, etc) it's one of their most useful moves.

I also keep forgetting to throw down C4 and tossing grenades out at all times which is the only way you succeed as Snake. Oppressing them and controlling the whole screen with explosives.
