You fucked yourself, you make too much money for food stamps. You have to not have a job or just work ~20 hours a week in order to be eligible for food stamps. Nice idea to help people who cant make ends meet, but in practice the people who are trying get excluded and free loaders get free food, paid for by someone who can hardly afford their own food and every other person working full time. Its one thing to ask for more clarification and another to actually go to office hours where they get to know you and can describe a topic in great detail and essentially give you the answers to an exam coming up. The biggest classes are always freshman and sophomore level classes that have 150-200 people in them. They arent very advanced and basically skim over things. Theyre entry level stuff, if you like it theres higher level classes that get much more specific. Example psychology, a freshman class will go over a few schools of thought and notable achievements from guys like Freud, BF Skinner, and how things like phrenology have been long done with. The higher level classes deal with brain chemistry, personality disorders, and more. As in one junior/senior level class deals exclusively with neurotransmitters and brain chemistry. Much more in depth than the week you learned about it in freshman level psych. Good beef and fish are more expensive but pasta, potatoes, rice, frozen vegatables and chicken are all dirt cheap. Cheaper than fast food when 2lbs of chicken is $7 and its a weeks worth of meat for an average person. Cant really fuck this up except for laziness. Certain things also help like not grocery shopping at gas stations. The only time when fast food in practice becomes cheaper than healthy food is youre unemployed, sleeping on couches and donating plasma for a living. You have $20 for the next three days and its cheaper to get two $1 McDoubles than spend $7 on a bag of chicken, $1 on a box of pasta, and have $12 left over for whatever else you need until you get money again. The low quality food is cheap argument isnt applicable for someone making around minimum wage or $15-$20k a year. As far as eating as a means of coping, theres plenty of other methods of coping that you could make a strong argument claiming theyre better than being obese. Like smoking or nail biting. Theres plenty of people who arent obese who dont have perfect diets with minimal exercise so what other excuse is there left besides laziness and stupidity? It certaintly isnt a thyroid problem. At first I thought lol MRAs we men run the world but realized yeah you do get fucked in quite a few situations. Custody comes to mind, its very very hard to win custody. Only way you get your kids is if the judge thinks the mother is such a fuck up the kids would turn out better fending for themselves on the streets and says fuck it, despite working 40+ hours and not having any real supervision, I guess you can keep them. That said, I tend to avoid these discussions and its a shame the image has been ruined with loser virgins crying that they finally got to take a girl to dinner, spent $25 at chilis and now hate women because they didnt get laid after date 1 and the girl lost interest. Same deal with MGTOW, boo fucking hoo youre 18 and 0/5. Might as well give up right?
