Sonic-style levels were better. Knuckles-style levels were better. E-102 style levels didn't take up a third of the game like they do in SA2. The music was better. Tails and Amy levels were good. Theres I think 10 or less running levels, and these days I only find City Escape, Metal Harbor, and Radical Highway fun.
