I think it makes people dumber and reduces attention span. A string of 8 second videos all day cant be good for you mentally.

In real life scenarios, like work, Im usually able to manipulate and adjust my person to suit the room.

Not sure if that makes me psychotic, sociopathic or just normal. Like at my job, the day guys are pro trump, right wingers and the (I work midshift so I spend time with both) overnight guy is far left. I adjust my personality as needed.

I actually believe that no disagreement EVER in a marriage is unhealthy. If you NEVER disagree on anything ever, it probably means that someone is always giving in or you just dont care.

Agreed. But also I fear developing the habit of dropping things too often because there's just so much stupid shit people say and do.

I try to think that they are probably thinking the same about me. That I said something stupid that they are certain is wrong, but they let it slide. Sometimes that helps.

The US is never going to do anything. Just think back to the rail strike and how Biden overruled it. The US government is filled with right-wing filth that would sooner destroy the world than give the peasants any improvements. You cant even get Americans to care enough about mass shootings and school shootings to do anything about the gun problem. Theres people here that dont even think there is a gun problem and support gun ownership. America is a failed country

most law enforcement/military are very much conservative and pro gun. Who would enforce the laws? Youd have military personnel abandoning post and joining local militias along with cops too.

its just too much embedded in American culture and the constitution.
