And like all other coupons, they can be sent to your email. Also, every CVS has a machine that prints a predetermined set of coupons once per week for and CVS Rewards Card scanned or entered. So it's entirely possible to print a coupon for a single free item. I highly doubt that. Never heard of such a thing. Free coupons printed from a site have in my experience been 100% scams. Eh.
