PUBG was the game I was looking forward to. I bought it right away on Xbox. It was such a buggy mess though. I played one match and turned it off. Never played it again. i played pubg on my xbox one x last weekend or w/e, when there was a free weekend. game still runs like complete garbage. basically looks like a slideshow till you land onto the map, and then it's a choppy 30fps with what looks like xbox 360 graphics

Maybe lol. What's crazy is that I'm complete crap at building. That entire game I just built ladders to get to high ground. I grabbed a green semi shotgun from a chest at the start. Some guy ran through the house above me and I gunned him down and he dropped a Gold Scar.

I found a blue AR with a scope on it, didn't know they had those, on the way. I took high ground on a huge mountain and gunned people down at range. When they got closer to try to contest me I switched to the Scar and gunned them down with that. I didn't build any walls or anything lol.

So far, the Belgium governments investigation has only spanned four games: Star Wars Battlefront II, Overwatch, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, and FIFA 18. The new legislation indicates that Overwatch, CSGO, and FIFA 18 are in violation of the law, while EA has made enough changes to Star Wars Battlefront IIs loot system to no longer consider it in violation of the law.

Paying loot boxes are not an innocent part of video games that present themselves as games of skill, Gaming Commission Director Peter Naessens added in a statement. Players are tempted and misled, and none of the protective measures for gambling are applied.

The criteria that the Belgian government used to evaluate the games were:

-Emotional profit forecast: uncertainty loot box is linked to profit forecast;

-A player may think that the purchase of a loot box has an advantage, which is not always the case

-Confusion of fiction and reality: well-known real persons promote the most expensive loot boxes;

-Use your own coin system: for a real amount, players can buy in-game coins;

-Apparently infinite methods to deposit money on player accounts;

-Hide from the random generator or at least its opacity.

According to the new statement, the games with paid loot boxes, as currently offered in our country, are therefore in violation of the gaming legislation and can be dealt with under criminal law. The loot boxes must therefore also be removed. If that does not happen, the operators risk a prison sentence of up to five years and a fine of up to 800,000 euros.

I don't know why it was so hard to just release a sequel that's similar to Destiny 1. Age of Triumph era was a good time in Destiny and I can't believe how much worse Destiny 2 was at the start. Weapons, subclasses, PvP, strikes, shaders, and a lot of other shit is just so much worse. I already have the season pass so I'll at least try out Warmind before I go back to other games.

Warmind is suppose to more of the same for the most part. I might give it a try when I get REALLY bored. I mean... I own the expansions already so... yea.. Still haven't finished the first DLC.

I know what you're thinking. Am I an idiot for thinking this? Trust me I have a reason. I bought Destiny 2 and played it for a month before quitting. I came back for the first DLC and only played 2 missions before I was finished again.

Bungie just got done with a summit where they invited lots of content creators on YouTube and asked them how to fix their shitty game. Apparently it was heart to heart and they started scrapping future plans to replace them with the communities ideas after hearing the feedback.

Can you imagine if they listened to the community, which they almost never do lol, whole heartedly and somehow made the game truly great?

If that happens... Think of the domino effect. This might start a trend where our voices can truly be heard and we can greatly influence how different games change. That would be awesome.
