| DepreceV2 02/21/24 6:09:30 AM #1 | This doesnt include Dark Dawn. It seems that many people say the story was either bad or mid. Personally, I think its quite good. There is too much fluff dialogue wise but I dont think that ties in directly with the actual story.
Many people say the story was super generic and predictable but that wasnt the case for me. Especially the predictability part. I felt the story had many reveals and twists I didnt see coming. Even things I thought I would easily predict, IDK, maybe my standards are too low for an enjoyable story or something. I think the game did a good job with the world building and the characters. So much so that I would love to see it as an anime or something. I guess the weakest part of the story was that the character development wasnt that high but I felt that they did a good job spreading out the focus on many characters. It feels like they are losing seats constantly and that kind of pattern will likely continue through the election. The quiet Republicans are finally starting to see how embarrassing their party is. Even if those quiet people are conservatives, if the party can't even get the basic shit done then why even bother voting for them? Hell, they had a very favorable border bill for them that could have went through but they decide to fight against the very bill they wanted just to have something to scare people with/run on.
It's not even about liberals or progressives vs conservatives anymore. The quiet Republicans can't even make it that far in the argument which is crazy. What a trash tier party. All the Republicans now a days only fight for twitter engagement from the small percentage of the community that are terminally on twitter. There is a reason why none of that shit translates into any meaningful wins for the Republican party. I'm talking like I'm a Republican when I'm not. It's somehow annoying to me how bad that party is being ran even though the Democrats are winning left and right. This shit is why I truly believe Biden will win the election easily right now. The vast majority of Independents will never vote for the current Republican party which they NEED to win. The only way they win is if Democrats don't show up to vote. That probably won't happen though because Trump will be on the ballet. Even if Biden is favored to win, since Trump will probably be on the ballot, most people will not decide to not vote. This isn't 2016. My mom cares about me a lot more than most in this world and she does the same shit. Its about evaluating how someone would respond before you open up. That is the key for me. I would be very observant of someone I know. Just watch how they react to things and listen to what they say. Learn their beliefs. You only open up about things to people they can generally agree with. You can predict how they would react. If someone you know for a long time hates people that have drug problems or people overweight, you dont open up to that person about those things. That is how I navigate things. I learn what a person is like over the years and I strategically open up about something specific if I feel the need to do so. My parents and friends wonder why it feels like pulling teeth to get me to talk about my feelings. It takes many years of building trust with someone for me to open up a little bit about something and even that has been used against me before.
I guess the only thing that would be different for me compared to what Shaq said is that I dont open up to anyone without many many years of trust being built. Is that bad? Caffeine, Sugar, some (but not all) drugs act pretty much the same way making your body addicted to their chemicals. Drugs just attack the pleasure centers of your brain so the chemical addiction is much higher and are potentially much more harmful. So drinking Green Tea is bad for you? In that it? Not all addiction is visual. If you drink it enough your body begins to expect those chemicals as part of its normal processing. If you only drink it 6 times a month then that shouldn't be an issue at all but if you are drinking it every day you will need to consume more each day over time to feel the same impact as you initially did. So there is no way to do it. That is what I needed to know. I do not drink it everyday and I was considering it. If I have to drink more every day just to match the benefit then I wont do it. I literally said I drink it like 6 times per month when I feel that I need it. I work overnights and sometimes I dont get good sleep. I can go many days without having caffeine and it isnt like Im itching for it. I usually only drink it around 6 times per month when I really need it. I would like to drink it every day but Im afraid that the effectiveness will slowly wear off to the point where I need to drink more to maintain. You know, like any other drug pretty much.
Is there a way to have caffeine everyday with the strong effect without it weakening over time?
