To those who don't know, Level cap is a Youtuber who primarily focuses on Battlefield Content. He is on the good list for DICE but is always critical about Battlefield games on certain issues.

He also is part of that early access crew for Star Citizen. I think I read that game is crowd funded and has been in pre-alpha for crazy long. I think it's 6 years of development right now but don't quote me on that.

What gets me is... He has been making videos about this game for YEARS... Yet I don't ever recall him talking negatively about the game in general. In fact... there seems to be a monitization system in place for early access players that is FAR more egregious than ANY monteization system to date. It's so bad that it puts Star Wars Battlefront 2 to shame.

I remember seeing a video a month or two ago talking about the most absurd Microtransaction offer I have ever seen. The game offered a pack of 100+ ships that you can purchase for... don't quote me on this... I could be wrong... $25,000? In that range. What's even worse is that you couldn't even get access to this package without spending AT LEAST $1,000 in the game. This isn't in game currency. This is REAL WORLD MONEY!

Now is this pay to win? I don't know. I'm not sure if these are cosmetic or have a gameplay function. However... if you are making so many ships to sell in a Microtransaction package in a true space game... I would think these ships would be more than just pure cosmetic...

Now let's sum it up. A game that's been in early access of half a decade is:

-Selling Microtransactions in a game not done yet
-Selling them in a package deal for OVER .$20,000 BEFORE THE GAME IS DONE
-Putting that massive $20,000 package BEHIND A $1,000 PAYWALL... BEFORE THE GAME IS DONE!!

Honestly... this game sounds like a huge scam. A game that is crowd funded... that never leaves early access.. that is also adding microtransactions that cost an INSANE amount... That has to be a Scam.

Now back to Levelcap. What has he done for me to think he is being paid to promote their game? I know some of you will yell it's obvious. Which.. let's be honest.. It is. However, Levelcap released a recent video of him talking about this game. Of course the video was all positive about the game. At the start of the video he puts up a referral code to get into the game. He said using this code will give you some credits as well as himself. He said he is close to unlocking the best ship in the game with those credits and it's called the "Javelin Destroyer." A quick google search reveals that the Devs sold that ship to the public in 2014 for $2,500 dollars. $2,500 dollars for an in-game ship. Now he is about to unlock it.

I would be SHOCKED if he wasn't being paid honestly.

If they do that out the gate then they are already setting themselves up well if Sony doesn't do what they do. What Microsoft can do is heavily advertise that they will allow cross play for all devices as long as the other device allows it. This will make them look good and make Sony make a choice

We know this generation is over. Microsoft pretty much dug their own grave when they showed off the Xbox One for the first time. They have made improvements over the years and most would agree that the Xbox is the better console outside of the exclusive game issue which is a VERY BIG issue.

However, Microsoft CLEARLY are trying to fix this issue by buying all of these studios. It seems like they are setting themselves up quite well to have a chance to win the console war next Generation. Is that a current possibility for them now?

In a patent filing released on Thursday, June 7, Nvidia describes a technology that could fundamentally alter the way games look, feel, and perform. Nvidia calls it infinite resolution, and its effectively a clever way of using vector graphics to replace static textures in games. Lets dive into what that means and why it could be a big deal.

Today, most games use textures that are created for a set of fairly standard resolutions, 720p, 1080p, 1440p, 4K and some in-between. These textures cover just about every surface in modern PC games, from character models, to weapons, to environments, every 3D model is effectively wrapped with a 2D texture. Nvidia filed a patent to change how these textures are rendered.

Currently, developers package games with a series of these textures, one for each resolution the game runs at, and one for each detail setting at each resolution. This requires a lot of storage space, and it means that todays games have a ceiling or a maximum resolution.

To see what we mean, try opening up Diablo 2 on a modern computer. Your resolution in that game is going to max out somewhere around 1024 x 768, way below what current monitors are capable of. As a result, its not going to look its best. The game is going to stretch those old under-sized textures across your whole display, like when you zoom in really far on a small picture.

Nvidias solution would fix these issues. Instead of packaging games with a massive set of static textures, games built using Nvidias technology would include only a single set of texture information, not the actual textures themselves. Effectively, each in-game texture would be drawn in real time from instructions the developers include in the game. Your computer would use its processing and graphics rendering horsepower to do the heavy lifting here.

Because your computer would be drawing each texture in real time, your games would be future-proofed to some extent. If a game like Diablo 2 was built using this technology, that would mean playing the game on a massive 8K monitor would look just as tack-sharp and detailed as it would on an old 800 x 600 CRT monitor.

This technology isnt actually anything new, its just a novel application of an existing technology: Vector graphics. If youre unfamiliar, vector graphics are used for a variety of purposes, but most notably theyre used in graphic design. When a designer creates a logo or design with vector art, that logo or design can be blown up or shrunk down to any size without losing detail. Nvidias patent filing here simply applies these principles to textures in PC games.

Its unclear what potential speed bumps this technology might encounter, how it might bog down a typical gaming PC, or whether it would only be useful for certain types of games, but its an interesting concept and were excited to see where it could lead. To be clear, Nvidia has been working on this for quite a while, but this latest patent filing suggests the company could be close to bringing it to market.

Wow! Imagine the possibilities! What if game consoles somehow get this technology in their boxes along with PCs?!

This is so small within the Campagin but it brought out both anger and sadness from me.

There was one point during the mission at D.C where you are suppose to provide Sniper Support to the Civilian Evac site which is the Washington monument. If you just sit here and do nothing you will constantly get status updates about the situation constantly getting worse. At one point the audio updates stop coming in for whatever reason but the rest of the updates are in the PC files and it's just... sad. Take a listen

The Devs said to not expect it to be that large when the game releases since they are still targeting 60FPS but it's interesting that they started off that freaking huge and began to work downward. Maybe they can pull this off after all.

For reference.. Fortnite's map is about only ONE SQUARE MILE.

We have invested a huge amount of our development energy into those tools. They can basically paint terrain down in massive, massive spaces. We had a test map of 12 miles by 12 miles as the biggest space we were able to build and run, Bunting said.

Dont expect the in-game version to give you 144 square miles ( Fortnite is about one square mile, according to some calculations ), especially with Treyarchs commitment to maintaining a respectable frame rate. Bunting explained that development on Blackout included beefing up some backend tech, too.

We are always committed to 60 FPS for multiplayer experiences, he said. On top of that, when you have large spaces, you also have to have better streaming technology. So we also invested in our streaming technology to make sure that experience runs at 60 FPS.

An experience like this has to be sandboxy and has to allow lots of room for those impromptu, ad hoc moments you can never get again. Each game is a different story, he said. We wanted to make a game that as going to deliver on that promise of letting players play with their friends in more ways than ever before.

Team Colonel was easy mode, most of the net navi's you get were just better versions of the ones from team Protoman. That's one of the reasons I prefer team Protoman, it was more of a challenge.

It was really that easy? I remember my friends having Team Colonel. I didn't care about difficulty but I do remember it being significantly easier to do liberation missions on Team Colonel based on the Navis you received.

My memory was wack I thought the whole game was liberation missions, but yeah the only thing that made Team Colonel easier was the liberation missions. The rest of the game was rather even for both games, though I do prefer Team Colonel because it had a lot of Megaman Battle Network 2 Netnavi's that I liked such as Shadowman and Knightman.

It's crazy because I liked Team Protoman for the same reason. I liked Shadowman but I didn't really care for Knightman. However, I liked Napalman and Magnetman

They said PC should be right for the first time ever lol. Blizzard is helping them with the PC version along with another company. Hell, Jeff Kaplan from Overwatch was on the reveal lol. Also the release date for PC is the same for console. If they screw this one up they will NEVER get it right

Here is the multiplayer trailer and I'll give major bullet points as well.



No Traditional Campaign confirmed

Multiplayer is set between BO2 and BO3

Even though there is no traditional Campagin, there are single player story line missions for each character in Multiplayer to flesh out the characters

Specialist do make a return in BO4

It's all boots on the ground. No wall running or jet packs

Zombies is back as a brand new story line that is separate from the current story in the BO series

There are 3 Zombie maps coming at launch

There is a battle royal mode called "Black Out."

The map is "1500x larger than Nuketown"

Vehichles are confirmed in this mode and there are land, sea and air vehicles

I loved Trig. What's weird is that Pre-Calculus was WAY harder to me than Calculus was. Calculus was easy.

Now... why did I take Pre-Cal in college? I moved 3 different times on highschool and I was suppose to take Pre-Cal in 10th grade. The highschool on Cali said no take more Algebra. I moved to Florida and Florida told me to take more Algebra AGAIN. I don't know why these schools didn't test me to see if I was ready for Pre-Cal
