Colonel easily for me. The only Navi on Team Protoman that can compete is NapalmMan in my opinion.

Team Protoman for sure! You get Protoman, Napalman, Magnetman AND Searchman?! Protoman and Searchman alone makes that game better! Searchman was so badass!

Colonel was a cool guy

Team Colonel was easy mode, most of the net navi's you get were just better versions of the ones from team Protoman. That's one of the reasons I prefer team Protoman, it was more of a challenge.

It was really that easy? I remember my friends having Team Colonel. I didn't care about difficulty but I do remember it being significantly easier to do liberation missions on Team Colonel based on the Navis you received.

My memory was wack I thought the whole game was liberation missions, but yeah the only thing that made Team Colonel easier was the liberation missions. The rest of the game was rather even for both games, though I do prefer Team Colonel because it had a lot of Megaman Battle Network 2 Netnavi's that I liked such as Shadowman and Knightman.

It's crazy because I liked Team Protoman for the same reason. I liked Shadowman but I didn't really care for Knightman. However, I liked Napalman and Magnetman

I started with Team Protoman and later caught up with Team Colonel. I never could beat the final boss battle..

Even then I still used team Colonel most of the time except for maybe napalmman because his character chip is so handy (the only time it's useless when you're surrounded so you can't move back 4 spaces).
